Took our vehicle to the tire shop for a screw in the tire. After the patch was complete we noticed the vehicle alerting that there was no air in the tire that was just fixed. We asked the tech and there was air in the tire but wasnt reading. The tech used their scan tool and went around the vehicle and said it was reading at 27 ( turned out to be the spare tire pressure that he scanned). I asked if he had reinstalled the sensor and he said he did. Talked to Mark Elsberry about the issue and he said he'd make it right if there was an issue. So we took it to Big O tires and they found that the sensor had been broken off. Notified Mark of the situation snd said he'd call corporate. After almost a week of dodging my calls hes now refusing to reimburse us and stating that we must have broken it off, even though his tech said that he had installed the sensor. So we are out $110 for a repair that steve coury Ford caused and refuse to take accountability for.
I just purchased my 8th vehicle from Steve Coury Ford. I was very specific about what I was in the market for. The team found me the perfect vehicle, I am very happy with my new vehicle. I highly recommend Steve Coury Ford, I have never had any problems in any dealing with them in any aspect. Both Sales and Service are great.
Extremely unhappy. Brought my truck in for a squealing noise. They diagnosed it and found an idler pulley needed replaced. Waited all day there. I paid $650 and it still is squealing. They said it is not as bad. Wrong it is the same. Then an engine light came on upon leaving; went back; they cleared it only for it to come back on. So I paid $650 truck still squealing and check engine light on. Just tried to call and no one answers the phone. What is wrong with people these days. Now I have an appointment at a different Ford dealership to try to fix my truck. One day waisted, $650 loss, engine light on...... very unhappy.
Bought a car through them and wish I hadn't its been just over 60 days since I bought the car and have had 2 temporary plates expire on me, the first one was replaced quickly. This second one, not so much. I was ignored on the phone for half an hour trying to get ahold of the person who id brought the car through, then was told that the GM doesn't come in until 6pm three days a week. I'm having to miss work because of this nonsense, it is incredibly inconvenient and the overall worst experience I've had buying a car. I should have had my actual license plate with in 2 weeks of having bought the car. I need something to happen so I can go to work, this is ridiculous. I will also be bringing this to ADOT as well, i shouldn't have to fight for whats legally mine.
Awful!! What a sham of a dealership. We were working with a salesman to purchase a new truck. We found out that Jr. sold the truck under his salesman’s nose. Junior then had the audacity to say in front of his salesman and us “that’s how sales go.” He then said we weren’t approved credit wise anyway. I found out later wasn’t true! He wanted to sell it to his buddy! The poor salesman just stood there and let him railroad him. I truly feel for Sr. I believe this once was a thriving dealership and now he’s watching his legacy be driven into the ground. Sad.
