WOW! What a GREAT experience! I took my sweet time finding the right vehicle in the right color and I mean, I took my sweet time. My salesman, Emilio was patient, not pushy, never seemed to get annoyed with my back and forth decisions or that I made him wait a looooong time to pull my credit. He was just a joy to work with the entire process. In addition, when he was away from me, other employees asked if I needed water or anything while I waited. Everyone was super nice! The final process of purchasing with finance was always pretty amazing. The one I worked with, forgot his name, was super nice, explained a lot, very personable and even gave me a pointer on how to get money back on my trade in vehicle from the previous dealer. Overall a TERRIFIC experience! I bought an Equinox RS EV, it’s sooo smooth and quiet. I LOVE IT!!! Thank you AutoNation Chevy for a wonderful buying experience and a beautiful new car.
Went in to get my First complimentary oil and filter change. Also 30 point maintenance check and diagnostics. Very nice service advisor and good vibe in Dealership. I'll definitely go back.
As a return customer this is my 4th time bringing my cars here to this stealership for service and even though I felt I was treated customarily my oil change doubled in price just from 6 months ago. The only complaint I have is the pricing has increased dramatically in such a short period of time. Then, they offered me 3 months free xm radio and took it right back but that's ok because I don't even play the radio. I'll probably still take my '21 blazer here because it's still under warranty but $180 is too much for a simple oil change for a 2012 Camaro. I'll have to think about this before my next service.
So Im giving Autonation Gilbert 3 stars and the reason for that is the car buying experience was great in the beginning but rocky. I went there to test drive a used truck with my dad and my boyfriend in Nov 2025. The truck turned out to be a bust (it had a bad front tire) but my boyfriend found the exact same truck, newer and in a prettier color but it was at their dealership in Mesa. Our dealer was really awesome, didnt try to upsell me on anything but he told us the truck could be brought to us (which would have been beneficial considering i had an appointment in Tempe i needed to attend to and by having the other truck brought to the dealership in Gilbert it would have helped out a lot) and that is where it got a bit rocky. Turns out it was "easier" for the dealer to bring us to the dealership in Mesa, claiming it would be a 30 minute drive in total from the dealership in Mesa back to the one in Gilbert. That was not the case and I ended up driving the truck from the dealership in Mesa to Tempe where my appointment was and I had my dad and boyfriend drive the truck to the dealership in Gilbert. I ended up late for my appointment but I got it done and my boyfriend brought me back to the dealership in Gilbert after that. So the truck drove fine, I loved it but it needed some attention (there was a small white stain on the back seat and the cabin light in the front was hanging down) so I spoke with the dealer and I was overall convinced to purchase it. I got a beautiful blue 2019 Chevy Colorado and i was excited.
