Everyone was so great! We got the pleasure to work with Manny in sales and Brandon in finance which we ended up purchasing a 2026 Chevy equinox and we couldn't have wished for a better experience! My daughter in law needed a new car and wanted a new High Country Traverse. We traded in her car and paid for the new car in cash. We asked them to hold the check for a couple of days for a transfer of funds from our investment account. The finance department deposited the check the same day and caused our account to overdraft. We were able to get that resolved, but then they did not pay off the loan on the trade in car. My son and daughter in law were applying for a new mortgage and did not want to have any lates on their credit so they continued to make payments on the loan. Even with multiple trips to the dealer, it took over 30 days for them to pay off the old car loan. Very frustrating experience with this dealer. I would never purchase a vehicle from AutoNation again. Worst purchase experience ever!
We had kept in contact w the individual who was assisting us in purchasing our vehicle. He updated us on prices and availability. When we came to purchase the guy we were working with was busy so another sales guy assisted us and was prompt. I was a little disappointed at first because we live on the reservation and travelled a distance nearly 4 hours but thanks to the sales associate who helped make our purchase. We got a great deal on our vehicle and I highly recommend him I think his name was Troy. I’m unsure I might be wrong but if I see him in person I can point him out.
The Service team kept me informed of the vehicle progress throughout. Provided a great overview of needed items and realistic expectations of whether or not they should be addressed now or later. Additionally, I had questions for the finance and sales department regarding another vehicle I was selling, and they answered all my questions about selling that car and title transfers etc. Not something they needed to do, but we’re more than happy to help. Greatly appreciated.
