So originally I inquired about a vehicle for my daughter The sales representative that we ended up getting was the same sales representative from a different dealership like 4 years ago not that we knew or remembered each other at the time but with a couple visits that I had I ended up finding out that it was her. Her name is Citali (Cici) this sales rep went above and beyond not only being courteous and kind and friendly and welcoming and helpful but of all the questions that I threw it her to try to find the right vehicle for my daughter she never once did not have knowledge of what was going on My daughter purchased a car and then I went in and between her the sales manager Chris and the finance gentleman Road. I myself purchased a vehicle as well there was plenty of selection of cars I never plenty of other dealerships I could have went to but their concern and willingness to work with us not just being pushy but giving me everything that I asked for and more kept my loyalty
This was probably the best car experience I have had. I love how the team worked together and came together and helped me feel secure in my purchase. I told them exactly what we needed what we were looking for and they had it. I cannot think Ivan, Chris and Max enough they are the best.
Yesterday 12/29 I got to AutoNation Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram North Phoenix dealership . I was tired and upset from the experience I head this day from 8 different dealerships that I have been in already. Little that I know that everything will change once I got there. Gage was the person to greet me at the door and from there my day was changed 180.. he was nice, professional and listened to all my needs and preferences I head for the car that I wanted. But the most important, he stayed like that for the full 4 hours he was with me. All the way and after he found the exact car I wanted. Im not an easy customer to say the less. and again I can’t say that enough.. I head horrible experiences the same day from other dealers previous, that the sales person just didn’t head the patient. Gage was different. He kept smiling and was amazing through the all 4 hours process. I will tell anyone I know that is looking for buying a car, to go directly to Gage as he will get the car you want with the perfect experience you can have. Thank you Gage for everything.

She did everything possible to make the deal happen and in as efficient of a manner as possible.
