These guys are AWESOME!! Took my BMW X3 M40i in for my 60k service and to have some aftermarket parts installed for me. They communicated great through the whole process, sent me photos of things they discovered that needed replacing, and they have a more than fair price for the top quality work they do! My ONLY complaint, and it’s a small one, but I’m super picky about my car being clean cause I’m a psycho haha but when they wiped down the interior there were streak marks on the windows and trim and some soap residue I had to wipe off. But you guys have 100% of my business from here on out! Best auto shop experience I have ever had.

Let me start by saying I don’t like auto repair shops. This group gave me good news for the first time ever. They worked to get me lower cost OEM parts, reducing the estimate by $400. They could have kept quiet, but they passed those savings on to me. Nice location and facility. Despite a nice waiting area, they offer complimentary Uber rides so you don’t have to.
Had preventive maintenance service done. Save some money coming here instead of the dealership. Arrowhead Imports will save you alot of money when it comes to maintenance on your exotic vehicles! They also have rental car options with a dealership near by if your vehicle needs to stay overnight.
Well I own a 2014 VW CC sport that I am a little touchy about who works on it so I try to do as much as I can my self. Not so recently I got the dreaded intake manifold position sensor error code, doing the research on the car apparently this is a known issue with the 2.0 motors, looking into it I decided to try this daunting task myself, i don’t trust dealerships, had them break stuff on previous cars, they don’t care about the car the same way some of us do and then there’s the mark up! So I ordered the part online and did the research on the process, and the more I found out the less I wanted to do the job, don’t have the experience! So talking to my neighbor who feels the same about his cars mentioned Arrowhead Imports, so I figured I’d give them a shot, I convinced them to use my part against their better judgement, and it went the way we could assume, so the part I got was rubbish, so after some discussion and a few more attempts I finally broke down and said they should order the part, sure enough that did it! I have to commend the team at Arrowhead Imports for putting up with me, getting the job done and proving to me that not every one does the ridiculous price mark ups! So if you bring your car there I’d say listen, and if they need it for more than one day let them, they care and will do a great job, when my 2014 Eos develops the same problem, which it will, Arrowhead imports is the first place I’m calling!
