Im going to be as explicit as google allows - i would give Frank 5 stars but the truth is that i can't do that as i was told i would get first right on a car we had ben discussing for over 5 days and we had scheduled a PPI today and all of the sudden i get a text saying he sold the car to someone else. I had offered to place a deposit on it to make sure he wasnt wasting his time with me, he refused it, i needed a PPI done before booking my tickets as i was flying in to Phoenix from outside of the US to close the deal. Perhaps i'm the one who is wrong expecting others to keep their word.
