Reffering in specific Paratrans, the mobility option for people unable to use fixed public transport.
Horrible pickup times. Could be waiting outside for 45 minutes to 2 hours. For the scheduled transport.
Dropoff times: they have a 3 hour window from the pickup time. Special needs people are expected to hold their.... Whatever for 3 hours. To go
12 miles. .
Customer service is non-existent. Operators on the phone just lie about dropoff times until the bus arrives. Iris, their supervisor, lies as well.
If this is your best option, I feel sorry for you. Oh, and come feel my pain.

Alex is a great Customer service person. Knowledgeable, Professional and Upbeat. We go there quite often and he is consistently the same. The site is clean and comfortable.

Horrible customer service on the phone, extremely rude was told to call back, because the agent wasn't able to hear me, and then when I ask a simple question after calling back it was very rudely said, oh a couple of days we will get back with you., I have been trying to get my paratransit updated for weeks now and still have not had any movement. But I have had Bus drivers be extremely rude, saying that they would not be able to give me a ride. Because my paratransit is out of date. Someone really needs to look into the customer service portion of this service. When you are dealing with elderly people and people with disabilities, it takes a little bit more kindness, and compassion. They give me a call at 4:44. I call back at 4:44 and they say they are closed, which is strange because they don't close till five o'clock to my knowledge.

Thank you to the man with the last name Potter! He helped me and my family get our copper cards and helped us apply for youth copper cards for my kids. Great experience. Free shaded parking lot next to the building.

Auto Buyer's Guide – Arizona Mobility Center
Shopping for a vehicle at Arizona Mobility Center in Phoenix, Arizona? Follow these steps to buy with confidence.
1
Pull the vehicle history report
Run a CARFAX or AutoCheck report using the VIN before you visit. Look for accident history, odometer rollbacks, and title brands like salvage or flood. Ask Arizona Mobility Center if a report is available for any listing.
2
Take a thorough test drive
Drive on both city streets and the highway. Accelerate hard. Brake firmly. Listen for any clunks, vibrations, or warning lights. Test the AC, heat, and all electronics during the drive.
3
Inspect for hidden wear
Check for uneven panel gaps, mismatched paint, or overspray — signs of past bodywork. Push on each corner of the car to test the shocks. Look underneath for frame damage, fluid leaks, or rust.
4
Get a pre-purchase inspection
Have a trusted mechanic inspect any used vehicle before you buy. A $100–$150 PPI can uncover issues that save you thousands. Ask Arizona Mobility Center if a third-party inspection is permitted.
5
Negotiate the out-the-door price
Focus on the total out-the-door price, not the monthly payment. Understand every fee on the sales contract before signing. Dealer add-ons like paint protection and VIN etching are negotiable at Arizona Mobility Center.
