Great experience bought a vehicle on a payment plan the payments where low. Car runs great cold a/c no mechanical issues. The gentlemen who is in the office was very nice and very helpful.
Called because needed to confirm my customers car was reposed. and to inform that the tires on the vehicle where not owned, the person that answered rude as hell and just basically blew me off. no phone etiquette and since this so called dealer got free tires by reposing the vehicle why would they return them to the rightful owner. I suggest public dont get desperate better offers will come just not this place rude and well demonstrated to keep property not belonging to them that shows no ethical grounds and will take you for what you got since desperate for a car. go somewhere else where at least the sales/management owner for all I care is not rude and dishonest from previous reviews, I guess I hit it right on the money... unethical thieves that prey on the desperate and vulnerable...I can see why you keep things not yours or your property.
The people in this dealer are thieves!!! I got a car a week ago, three days after the car wasn’t working at all!! They refuse to give my $1,000 deposit back. I have place a police report and in the process to open a court claim against them!! Stay away from this place!!
I have paid off a 2006 Toyota Avalon I bought from them with no mechanical issues at all. I also purchased a 2006 Chevy Tahoe from them with no mechanical issues as well. On a scale from 1-10 they are a 9.5… They will get you right. I’m very happy and pleased with my vehicles…..
Stay away. They will sell you junk and then refuse to transfer title without paying more. Edit: Now they've also tried to state that I need to take this review down to transfer title which is most certainly not in any contract I signed. Highly advise not shopping here. Edit 2: They've since released the lien on my title without my paying any extra fees, so that tells me that from the get-go they were trying to rip me off. Still doesn't excuse the fact that they cut the catalytic converters off the truck they sold me when i had to come back the next day to pick it up.
