Contracted car not available....2006 almost new replacement with 140k. Ended up on side of road to be towed. Replaced with almost new 2016 with 140+k. Photos attached. Felt both cars unsafe to drive. Did not answer my phone calls. Good luck in your dealings with this company.
Don't buy or rent a car here, I bought a car here last week and there was oil leak engine that can cause fire. And many parts are broken, need to replace. They just want your money, they don't care if someone would die. The car was really unsafe but they sell it anyway. It was fraud to bought car here

I was sold a car that broke shortly after and had to scrap it, they wouldn't communicate or try to find a resolution several months before I have to scrap the car, the engine had some issue prior to selling it.
This business should be called almost broke. We came in to get a monthly rental which was $988 a month. The first rental car that they offered wouldn’t start, okay what’s next. They crank up the next car nope not that one either. So at this point we are questioning every vehicle on the lot. The women comes up and says that her owner said that I can have the best car that he has a 2014 Mercedes truck. We leave off the lot with the truck when we get home my husband starts to pull into the parking spot the power steering pump is broken the steering wheel is stiff as can be. The morning comes and now I am on my way to work the check engine light comes on and I call the women who runs it who stated that she would be available if I need her at anytime; no answer. While I am on my way home from work the car stops accelerating on the freeway. I call the women again and she tells me to drive the slow driving car to her so that the mechanic call look at it . The mechanic say that the car isn’t repairable but he doesn’t know why. She put me in a 2018 as a replacement car. The car died at the red light right across the street! I was literally crying at the lot because the women left before helping me find a new vehicle to get home in. I barely made it out of the parking lot. After being stuck in the middle of the street for 20 mins the women leaves the dealership without making sure that I am okay. I sat in the parking lot crying. I just didn’t understand how someone could be so inconsiderate of others. When I tell you to beware of these people I mean it.. Horror story…
