I purchased a car from Airpark Motorcars from out of state and had a very mixed experience. I would not recommend doing this to anyone else who doesn't have the chance to fly down and see the car. The Good: - Marcella was very easy to communicate with during the process, which was quite long. She responded to texts promptly and kept us in the loop. - The car went through a mechanic and Airpark Motorcars shared the full report with us and made repairs where needed, which made us feel secure in making a decision. - Fair pricing The Bad: - We felt rushed to buy because the dealership told us that another person might be purchasing the car, and thus we never got the FaceTime walkthrough that we were originally promised because we ended up buying the car before it left the shop. - We didn't learn until the paperwork was sent over that the owner of the dealership had put on over 1K miles on the car since it had been posted. They were unwilling to budge on price once we figured that out. - They said it would only take 2 days to ship the car to us - it took 6 (and this is after waiting 2 weeks for repairs to be completed) - The car arrived with a noticeable dent and two big scratches that had never been disclosed - and of course we did not see this because they never gave us a tour. - The car also arrived with no detailing - something that was promised to us. I mean there was literally sand and crumbs in the back seat and dust in the front. The windshield wipers were terrible as well and had to be replaced immediately. - The front tire had a nail in it (which you can see in the delivery photos). Luckily we were able to get that plugged. - To add insult to injury, the car also only had a fourth of a tank of gas when it arrived and the windshield wiper fluid was just water (not great for Minnesota winters) - Once the car arrived and we shared our concerns re: detailing, the dent, the bumps, the response we got was "sorry, we didn't know about those issues" and doubled down that the car was detailed before it left and blamed the moving service. When we told them about the nail in the tire, we never heard from them again. I can't recommend Airpark Motorcars to someone purchasing a car from out of state - it was just too sloppy and I don't know if they put the care in that they would have if I had been in person purchasing.
Man, it was so simple and easy working with these folks! Luke took us to them in his personal vehicle and helped us pick the one we liked! He’s awesome! Jenna was very patient and stayed as late as we needed to make sure we didn’t feel rushed! That was really nice of her! And of course, there’s Marcella and Kaitlyn, who were both very patient, and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the lot! I’m thoroughly impressed and will be returning the next time I need another vehicle! Thank you all so much!

Tayler was upfront and honest about each part of the process as this was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Prices are extremely fair and cars are in great condition. I was able to take the car to get a pre purchase inspection done by a third party mechanic just for assurance that nothing was mechanically wrong with the vehicle. This was the greatest first impression of the car buying experience that one could ask for!
