This is a late review, but one that I am very happy and excited to share because my experience at Acura Sherman Oaks, located at 5230 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91401, truly deserves recognition. I purchased my vehicle on November 2, 2025, and from start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. Even months later, I remain extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right dealership. The dealership itself offers an excellent atmosphere—clean, modern, and well-organized—creating a premium and comfortable environment that reflects Acura’s brand standards. I had a great experience at Acura Sherman Oaks, thanks to our sales representative, Jonathan. I accompanied my aunt, who was looking to purchase a car, and from the moment we walked in, Jonathan stood out. Out of a room full of employees, he was the first to greet us and immediately made us feel welcome. Jonathan was professional, polite, and truly listened to what my aunt was looking for. We honestly did not think we would be leaving the dealership with a car that day, but thanks to Jonathan, we did! He made the entire process smooth and stress free. Because of this amazing experience, I will absolutely be returning to Acura Sherman Oaks when I’m ready to buy my next car (ADX), and I will definitely be asking for Jonathan as my sales rep.

I wish there would be a 0 or a -5 star for the review option. I went for a service to this location. My RDX 2019 started to display all the warning lights at the same time. I went to this location for the multi-point inspection. They found the issue: “drivers side intercooler hose has become disconnected from intercooler” First they told me it’s a 3,5 hour work and costs $770. Then they gave me a $110 discount. So $660. But after checking my dash camera it took the tech about 20 minutes to fix those warnings via a laptop not even touching the car. But this is not the issue I wanted to bring up. They did fix the warning lights but after the service I received the car with this big scratch which you can’t just polish. I went back to my technician, Adair O’Brien. Told him everything. But after a week or so i didn’t hear back. This is not professional, I’ll make sure to escalate if no action will be taken. After looking at the dash camera this happened after the wash car. Highly professional, friendly, helpful and kind staff. Terrell went over and beyond to get us the best deal and terms possible, even changed the black wheels for the silver ones per my request, for this amazing Acura ZDX Type S. I highly recommend Acura Sherman Oaks store, and Terrell Brittenum especially as a sales associate.
