Alexander Cadillac – Absolutely Never Again Don’t take your car or truck here. I paid $500 just for them to tell me they wouldn’t do the work on my stereo. No fix — just a bill. Then they tried to upsell me $1,400 for a windshield, which was absurd. To make things worse, their tech broke part of my console while the car was in their shop. No ownership, no apology, nothing. And it gets better… Fifty miles down the road toward Los Angeles, the traction control starts acting up. I babied the car all the way to Ventura and pulled into Paradise Chevrolet. They plugged in their diagnostic, fixed the traction control issue quickly, and didn’t charge me a dime. That’s the difference between a dealership that respects its customers and one that doesn’t. For me, it’s simple: Never again at Alexander Cadillac. From now on, I’m taking my vehicles to Paradise — the people who actually help you.

We were traveling cross country from Georgia to California when my Cadillac XT5 experienced an issue that caused lack of AC, lack of acceleration, a steering alert & constant fan running from the engine compartment. Ruben Ortega III went above & beyond to care for us. He got us in the next morning at 8:30 am & within three hours we were on our way. He was compassionate to our needs. He even got permission to drive the vehicle extra miles to ensure the repair was successful. He was very professional & personable. I'm forever grateful for the care & service we received. Rueben Ortega at Cadillac service department is the best ! He is personable and very professional! He has gone above and beyond for me and my family and my vehicle, making sure we’re always in a safe rental or loaner vehicle. When my Cadillac is in the shop he checks out everything, and I feel very taken care of and my vehicles taken care of and always in good hands I will only talk and deal with Rueben . I’m sure the other people are super nice but Rueben is my go to guy, I drive about 45 minutes just to take my Cadillac to this service technician because they are trustworthy kind and professional and everything is done in a timely manner and my CADILLAC is always super clean when I get her back ! I purchased a 2024 Cadillac Escalade & the vehicle has numerous things wrong with it : 1) The seats have wrinkles in the leather & look like they need more cushion. 2)The passenger seat belt does not work. 3)The ailment on the vehicle & suspension does not feel in tact , the car feels super low when driven & very bouncy. 4)A piece of the dash board fell off when I got pulled over for no seat belt & explained to the officer it was a brand new car & self belt was not working & as he was trying to fix it , dash board came off. 5)Center console side panel came off as well. 6) Wide gap on 2nd row bench . 7) More wrinkled & deflated seats both 2nd & 3rd row . 8) Passenger seat makes a loud clicking sound when u seat on it & u can feel the mental poking through on your back. I spoke to the sales manager Donavan regarding the situation asking if they can just please give me my old vehicle back & he denied me and said I was stuck with the vehicle , their there was nothing he can do. I left several messages for the GM & I never got a phone call back. I contacted GM & they said they have attempted to get a buy back from Alexander Cadillac and they are denying it.
