Really poor service and work ethic, I took my old car for a recall service and was greeted with nothing but rudeness, they kept my car for two days and at time of pick up I notice the Brake light wouldn’t come off even after releasing it. When I asked my “helpful associate” he said “ to tell you the truth man we didn’t even touched your car” wow. So if you have a newer model they might be great, but for my experience there, am glad most of my business is done across the street at the Toyota dealership!

The vehicle was diagnosed, repaired, and returned to me exactly as Steve said. Honest review. I purchased a used C8 Corvette here on Sunday, November 9th, through a salesman named John. Before signing any paperwork, I inspected the car and noticed that the basic detailing wasn’t done well and there was paint peeling near the headlight. They acknowledged this and agreed to provide full detailing and repair it with a touch-up pen, which was written and signed on the contract. After completing all the documents, I was told the car only came with one key, even though I was never informed about this beforehand. At first, the salesman communicated with me, but a few days later he stopped responding. I eventually had to reach out to the sales manager and paid part of the cost to get a new key made. The paint repair situation was similar. I was told the touch-up pen was ordered and that I would be contacted within a week, but I never received an update. I had to visit the service center myself to resolve it. Overall, the customer service felt very different after the sale. Before buying the car, everything was smooth, but the follow-up afterward was disappointing. Since I live nearby, I’ll likely return for future service, so I truly hope the next experiences will be better. The car is beautiful and I absolutely love it, but it’s honestly sad that it has been stuck at the service center because of these other issues.
