I never give reviews. But this was the worst experience ever, tried buying a car I asked numerous times if I can transfer my registration to another state both David and Jorge said yes, valued my trade in vehicle for $19,500. The first day, David asked what my payments would be preferred I told him $550 or below. He came back informing me they would be $580 I told him I would have to think about it since it’s above my budget, he said he would rate me an A for negotiating and E for being realistic. In his own words “couldn’t believe I wouldn’t buy the car for an extra $80 which is $2.50 per day” Jorge also was saying to think about it didn’t have much to say. Worst sales person. I thought about it all night and in the morning we came up with a negotiation deal, asked again if registering the vehicle in another state would be a problem and they said no. I go back to the dealership after work, ready to sign at the time of signing I asked again, about the registration the finance manager said they would not do that, I told him I had talked to David and Jorge, he brought Jorge in and Jorge started getting very aggressive saying I shouldn’t have a problem to sign, I told him I didn’t feel comfortable signing unless they would let me return the vehicle if I was unable to re register the vehicle. They said no I told them I would sign. I will admit I was upset they ran my credit, told me things would be possible that weren’t I drove 2 hours both days to get the vehicle to come back with nothing. They said I only had 3 days to figure everything out, I told him to not give me a time frame it was not appreciated after all the miscommunication and false information. Jorge still had to ask if I put a hold on the vehicle before exiting the office, I told him no and I left. I read my contract (I didn’t sign) the vehicle was going to get sold for more and trade in value was less which makes no sense what so ever anymore. They all were trying to intimidate me, felt very uncomfortable and will never come back again.

I’ve tried several times this morning to schedule a service appointment for my Lincoln Corsair. Caruso is a tragic joke, zero customer service, operator is very friendly and efficient but when transferred to service I get message “no one available to take my call “ Mr. Kitzmiller GM, needs to wake up and run his service department 100% better.

Sheri Atkins Service Advisor assisted me in scheduling my Oil Change and Service inspection. Once there I was greeted and treated with professionalism. They dropped me off for breakfast and picked me up. My car was ready as promised before 12noon. This place is a far cry from Norm Reeves Lincoln in Cerritos where the service employees are clueless and unprofessional. Thanks again Sheri for the positive experience.

I like it here! Julie was very helpful. I searched for a car for about 2 weeks and no dealership was able to find the car that would suffice my needs and my budget.😃 until we met Julie. She is very knowledgeable about the cars. I was going to buy hybrid but it turned out electric was the best option. If you are looking for a car then I recommend you talk to Julie.
