Horriable experience. Changed my warranty policy half way through the year and would not cover a part that was under warranty by the parts manufacturer. If I could give -0 stars I would. Would not return. Would not recommend. Not a single service tech or manager were on the same page about my warranty giving different explanations every. Single. Time. Business Bureau and the BAR will both be notified immediately and continuously.

I had the pleasure of meeting him and Jordan, the Service Manager, who also is a wonder of a person. The ambience and respect amongst the employees is something you don't see very often. Mr Eddy has been my service advisor from another Nissan location and I am so glad to see him at Nissan Simi Valley. He always has a smile and welcoming demeanor. He is very patient in explaining the work needed for my car.
