Bought new tires from them which they installed & swapped out my chain & sprockets that I brought in. Great people and timing was awesome. Definitely on the better side of service I’ve gotten around Charlotte. Will be back for future work.
These guys are amazing, and life savers. They helped out with my triumph Daytona by selling me valve shims. They don't even sell them, but the mechanics went out back and broke into their personal staff to help me get my bike working again even tho it's not a ktm/husky or a Honda... Even tho they were not sure if they could help me at all. They are true blue badasses that actually care. I highly suggest going to them with anything you need as they clearly care about people, not just their customers and I know will treat you right. I will be going to get a bike from them next time I need a new one (hopefully go grab a pit bike /grom from them soon) just because of the awesome interaction I had with them.
I had a long delay due to full staff turnover and a part supply chain issue, but the techs were responsive and honest, easy to deal with and they worked with me on a price that I could be comfortable with. I plan on using them in the future.
