Bought a 2024 Jeep on saturday and the whole process was quick and easy. Got trade in and pricing via text, drove in from Knoxville. Test drive, trade in appraisal, paperwork, and driving off was a total of 55 mins. The way buying a car should be. 10 out of 10.
As always, the service was performed at the scheduled time and completed in a timely manner. The entire service team were very courteous and professional. I've never had a bad experience at Black Buick GMC.
Just want to give a heads up that I wish we had been given. If we had known this prior to purchasing a car, it would had been a deal breaker. After purchasing a car we were handed a payment booklet. You know, those books from back in the 70's and 80's. We do not have any checks, so I had to drive 30 minutes to make a payment. I handed my debit card to them. Nope. Had to then leave, find a bank, get cash, drive back to make the payment, then run back to work. NO ONLINE PAYMENTS. NO AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS (which we rely on being able to do). TAnd, as said, they DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS. It is 2025 - Come on into the future with us Black. Don't bother with the AI response. "We have acknowledge this review"

The service team here is top notch! I had been dealing with an ongoing issue that another dealership kept giving me the runaround with, but Black GMC immediately diagnosed the issue, told me what the problem was, and fixed the problem all within a couple of hours where the other dealership took DAYS and still didnt fix the issue! I will gladly make the hour drive to Black GMC for any of my service needs from now on!! Amazing service!!
