Best buying experience we have ever had. The staff were friendly and approachable. No pushy salesmen. They gave me a great deal. We were out the door with exactly what I wanted in a couple hours
I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. I scheduled my 7,500-mile maintenance through the Cadillac app, only to arrive and be told that their system “doesn’t sync” with Cadillac’s scheduling and they couldn’t honor my appointment. After rearranging my schedule and finally being seen, my vehicle was rushed through service due to loaner vehicle limitations, which already left me feeling uneasy. When I picked up my car, I opened my sunroof and found a multiple cracks running across the entire panel, damage that absolutely was not there when I dropped off my brand-new vehicle. I was told to bring it back for repair, with no mention that they would later claim a rock caused the damage. Their explanation doesn’t make sense! How would a rock bypass the hood and windshield and strike the center of the sunroof? If an assessment was required, that should have been communicated up front rather than misleading me to believe they would take care of it. This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable for a first-time Cadillac owner. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive service do not reflect the level of care or professionalism expected from a luxury brand. I will not return to this dealership and would caution others to think twice.
Negative experiences often get highlighted in reviews, but quite too often positive experiences and interactions get overlooked and are not given the appreciation they deserve. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at three different Cadillac dealerships in the area. Ben McNyatt Cadillac was the last of the three that I took my vehicle to for service. They were the last dealership I tried, but they are absolutely the only one that I will use now. Their service advisors are top notch. Lori has helped me do everything from find Parts, to arranging a loaner, to helping me better understand service time frames. When I go in for service, she has gotten so acquainted with me that she doesn’t have to ask my phone number. She just looks up my account without a question.I have no idea how she remains so upbeat and chipper, but there has not been a single time that I have come in and she has had a monotone response. She is always very happy, excited, and there’s no denying that she absolutely loves what she does and it shows. She is the difference between dropping my car off at a dealership and actually having a true high-quality service experience. On my last visit, my Repair was longer than I anticipated, and I did not request a loaner beforehand. There is a guy named Earl that works in the carport who heard that I did not have a loaner and voluntarily agreed to give me a ride home. I did not expect that, and I Told him I could wait until he was done to give me a ride, but he stopped and immediately pointed me to a running vehicle, told me to get in to stay warm, and said he would take me home immediately, which he did. He also came back later the same day to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to pick up my car and just when I thought my Service experience couldn’t get any better, Earl retrieved my car, turned on the heat and pulled it in front of the dealership without me knowing so when I was ready to leave, the car was sitting warming up already! I absolutely cannot believe the level of professionalism that Earl showed without me asking for anything. I was simply trying to figure out how to make my way home and he volunteered and took care of the rest. The second time I was dropping my vehicle off for a state inspection earl asked if I needed a ride home. It was 7:45am! I got there early to beat the crowd, But you better believe I was happy to hear he would be willing to drive me home so I didnt have to wait. With the combination of Lori and Earl working in the dealership’s service department there is absolutely no reason for me to look for Service anywhere else. When I pull into the carport, he is always there to greet me and he always vacuums the car And puts down floor Mats to protect the carpet during service. I kind of get disappointed if I pull in and he is not there because I’ve been spoiled lol. Thank you guys for making it a easy and enjoyable process to bring in a car for Repair or Service. It is appreciated more than you know.
The service wait time is within normal limits. I purchased my vehicle from Ben Mynatt. They have service my vehicle from purchase to date. I trust them with my vehicle and I’m never anxious about unneeded repairs. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Customer service is outstanding, always courteous and professional. They keep you informed about the service on your vehicle. Lori is absolutely great!
