I bought a new camper from these people in 2023. It ended up having a bunch of leaks. External and internal. Some of the leaks had been bandaged by the crew here at zoomers while it was on the lot. I’m sure they noticed it leaking and chose to improperly fix the issue by smearing a big bead of silicon around the front window instead of removing and resealing the window. I have pictures of the front of the camper the day I bought it where you can clearly see the silicone around the window. I bought the camper and used it and took notes of all the issues for warranty repair. The dealership put in for warranty repairs and was denied because the roof and front window had no inspections while it sat on their lot. Also, Forrest River does not accept self inspections on campers and RV’s. They expect you to take your Camper or RV to a Forrest River dealer and pay for an inspection every 6 or so months. Inspections are supposed to be performed periodically with an inspection log by dealer before purchase and customer after purchase. Unbeknownst to me the dealership was trying to request an astronomical amount of money and hours to unnecessarily replace the whole front section of the camper. Forrest River also told me that they had denied several of their claims because they requested astronomical hours for repairs. All that was needed was a simple window reseal for the front window and some new trim. Forrest River approved and paid 5 hours of labor to remove and properly seal the window. Instead of doing the reseal the correct way they chose to just smear another large bead of silicone around the window. While it is sealed, it looks very bad. Now we’re a year later and I have a large bead of yellow silicone around the windshield of my two-year-old camper. If Zoomers wants to correct the issue they should feel free to reach out to me. I’ll remove my review if they choose to correct the issue. If this review is still up Zoomers has chosen not to fix the issues they created. I’d shop elsewhere. They don’t stand behind their work or the products they sell. 8/5. Desiree reached out to me and told me if I can bring the camper to them they will inspect and possibly repair it. That’s 120 miles 1 way. In a vehicle that gets 9 mpg towing the camper. If it’s done on a weekend I’ll have to make 2 trips or pay for a hotel. If it’s done on a weekday I’ll have to miss work. Which in my line of work will equate several days or a week of work missed. I can have it repaired professionally locally without missing work or paying for hundreds of dollars in gas and losing at least 10 hours of my life. Which I’ve already done once. Also lost over month of usage out of it while they pushed for ridiculous repairs.Here’s added pics of their hack repair job. We want to share a final update now that we have picked up the RV. After a very difficult start to this process, Zoomers RV ultimately followed through and made things right. From the time the owner personally stepped in to address the pricing issue, everything moved forward as promised. When we returned to pick up the RV, the staff was very helpful, kind, and respectful. The walkthrough was thorough and unhurried, and they took the time to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable before leaving. We genuinely appreciate the care, respect and patience shown to us. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters is accountability, integrity and follow-through. We are grateful for the time and effort taken to correct the situation and ensure a positive ending. Because of that, we feel comfortable updating our review and giving credit where it’s due. (We originally had a very upsetting experience when we drove two hours to purchase our RV after receiving a written quote and bill of sale, only to be told the price had been increased. We were devastated and felt completely blindsided after working hard to save and prepare for this purchase. After posting our review, the owner, Mike Weaver, personally responded. He assured that Zoomers does not play bait-and-switch games and said that if his team quoted us a price, that is the price they would honor. We truly appreciated him taking the time to address this situation. We have since driven another two hours to make our payment and have our pickup scheduled for next week. At this point, everything has been handled professionally and respectfully, and we are trusting that the rest of the process will go smoothly as promised. We wanted to update our review to be fair and acknowledge the owner’s personal involvement and willingness to make things right. We will gladly update again once everything is fully completed.)

Had the best experience at zoomers purchasing our first new camper. Our salesman Joe was great and very knowledgeable. Austin in finance did great getting us the payment we wanted with a great rate. Ralph did our walk through with us and he is an exceptional guy with an abundance of knowledge! Even with the our children trying to get in the way he was personable and didn’t bat an eye! I would highly recommend checking them out for your RV purchase.

Bought our first camper at Zoomers Rv and all I can say is… holy cow! The staff is just excellent - so friendly and welcoming! Ralph did our walk through and training of how to use everything. He was so great! Ralph is very nice and knowledgeable!! He gave us many tips we will use in the future! I was very impressed. Tara was our sales person, she treated us with kindness and honesty through the whole process! Definitely recommend Zoomers! Won’t go anywhere else! 100/10 recommend!

We drove down to Zoomers in Ina just to check out the inventory and found a 2023 Jayco that we really liked the floorplan.We went home talked it over and decided the next weekend to go back down and look at it again and decided it was what we wanted. Our salesman David was wonderful, Jake in financing was fantastic in getting us the best rate, Ralph did our walk through and did a fabulous job showing us everything and answering any questions we had. After we got it home we noticed a couple pieces for our Jayport griddle was missing and Debbie got right on it for us. This is our 2nd new camper experience and honestly it was the best! We could not be an happier with the whole experience and how nice everyone was to us. If you are looking for a camper go to Zoomers because they care about you and not just the almight dollar!
