After a long search for a new camper, my wife and I decided to stop at CampersInn in Collinsville. We met with Salesman Robb Best and he took us out to the lot and showed us numerous campers on what had to be the hottest day of the year. My wife fell in love with the 2025 Forest River Wolf Den, we both decided to make it a day of just looking which we did. We left there and hit a few more camper dealers in the area and found a few we liked but didn’t jump on any particular offers. Robb sent a quote to us and we just couldn’t work with the numbers he had presented so we continued our search, after a few days and some correspondence Robb had gotten us to the numbers we were looking for. We signed the paperwork with Chris Roady and were set to pick the camper up on a Saturday. We arrived around 10:15 or so and was greeted by General Manager Grant King and Service and Parts Advisor Rob Bolin who did an awesome job at the walkthrough and explained pretty much everything we asked about. The service guy which is Grants Father set up the weight distribution hitch on my truck and gave us a few pointers on the camper. The guys at CampersInn are probably the best guys to work with when shopping and buying a new RV, I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to upgrade to a new or used rv. Hats off to a great team you have Grant and keep up the awesome work.
Very happy with our experience with Rob Bolin, Service and Parts Advisor who showed us campers on a very cold day, we were just looking! Rob explained to us he was not a salesman but he sold us a camper! Such a nice young man with a lot of camper/trailer knowledge! Our whole experience was 5-star from Rob, Grant, Will and Chris. We hope to continue our 5 Star experience in our camping journey!
We went in looking at some campers and Chris was our salesman he was very nice he was able to answer all of our questions and made sure to get the right number for our payment we went in today on 7/4 2025 to pick it up and everyone there is so friendly if you need a camper this is the place I even had a coworker went and got one
Had our slideout fail while on the road. The folks at Campers Inn were able to reasonably quick get us in for repairs and get us back on the road. Lisa kept us updated on things during the process and we were able to spend unexpected quality time with our family. Nice to know there are still folks that provide quality service. Highly recommend!
The service team at Campers Inn of Collinsville did a great job on some repairs we needed after a tire blowout. The camper came home good as new and we are co rodent of the work completed. The job was definitely in the range of what we were expecting g for the extent of the job. Well done! Close to home and pleasant interactions with the staff.
