Excellent place. Ask for Dalton. If you do buy, he gives you a starter kit & minor discount just for asking for him. This place has been great to me! If anybody I know is looking for a camper, they will get Dalton's number. You know right from the get-go, he's the guy who needs to be helping you.
Was told a specific price on a travel trailer and it was the same online. Put an offer in and pre qualified and everything. Was told id get a call back as a few days went by the price on the trailer had went up almost 9k and when I reached out to speak about the trailer multiple times I still have received no call back or any communication at all. Wouldn't waste time here.
Optimum was the only RV service center in the Saint Louis area that would even look at our popup camper. Due to the age of the popup, a replacement part was not available. Optimum found a source to custom make the part so that the repair could be completed. These folks went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend them for your RV and camper repairs!
This was the third time I bought it in for something different and each time they are very professional. They also keep me up to date on everything. We did have a full seal and they also cleaned it which they did an amazing job.
We drove a whole hour to look at a camper listed online for $9900, it didn’t say a word anywhere online about fees, I even called ahead of time to ask what the price would be out the door and the salesman just straight up lied to me. When we got there the guy then decided to tell us there was gonna be another $5000 in fees.Thats more than 50%. Don’t even bother with this place it’s practically a scam.
