If you want five star service for brands even outside of Airstream, Woodland is your place. Nori, the parts manager, was more than helpful and extremely attentive. I ordered a part for a Zip Dee awning from their website for my GMC motorhome. They reached out to let me know that I ordered the wrong part. I wasn’t surprised that I ordered the wrong part because I’m not the smartest guy in the world. Nori, however, is a genius through and through. With every step of the process, Nori was there to help me get the right part. It showed up drop shipped direct from Zip Dee, and fit perfectly. My awning works again thanks to the fine folks at Woodland Airstream.

Just picked up our 22’ Caravel and couldn’t have been happier with the experience working with Woodland Airstream – Grand Rapids. After seeing a used camper come up online (and being out of state), Erik Barker went the extra mile to send pictures, videos, information and answer every question we had. Buying a used trailer, sight unseen, can be daunting but rest assured you will have full transparency & won’t waste making a trip when working with Woodland Airstream. The best part of our experience was the purchasing process was not like working with your classic salesman. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, and showed that Airstream really does stand behind what they are selling. Brand new tires and a Blue Ox weight distribution hitch were worked into the deal too, and considering they are safety essentials we felt safe pulling out of the lot and back across state lines. Talk about going above and beyond! Erik & Woodland Airstream didn’t just make purchasing our first Airstream a fantastic experience but we will, without a doubt, drive out-of-state to do business with them in the future. 10/10 would recommend

Very helpful customer service through Woodlands text system. Nori, their parts manager was awesome!! It took a couple of hours them to get back to me, but once they did, they fixed my situation right away. They had a part for my 2017 Airstream Interstate 24GT Sprinter van’s automatic window shades that I was told could not be replaced. I would recommend using Woodland Airstream for all of your Airstream recreational needs.

August 29, 2022 I am impressed with the Airstream Interstate 24X, the Airstream customer support in Ohio, and the people at Woodland Airstream in Grand Rapids MI. The initial experience of any organization always leaves some impression. But it is the experience immediately after a complex purchase like an RV, that is very important. Without doubt, more questions and issues will need addressing after taking the RV home. That is when you see the true character of the people and organization. The following will give you a sense of what I am talking about: At home with new the RV, there were several issues for us: the router died and needed to be replaced, the LP exterior hose for grilling was missing, and the pairing of the new Airstream Connect router to the RV was problematic. First, although the router was working at Woodland Airstream, it failed shortly after bringing the RV home, I was willing to take the RV back to Grand Rapids (3hrs away) but Joyce in service thought they do better by diagnosing over the phone instead. She hooked us up with Zak to help trouble shoot the problem. With Zak’s help, we learned the router was bad. It was late in the day and Zak told me he would have Erich, the Service Manager, call me the next day between 9 and 10 am. He did exactly that! He arranged for a new router, express shipping, which is exactly what happened. Joyce saved me six hours round trip minimum. Zak diagnosed the problem correctly. Erich’s focus was to get us up and running quickly with a new router. The Woodland dealership team was good at solving problem quickly and had a sense of urgency, an exception for some organizations today. Second, while watching the most excellent video training guide narrated by Airstream’s Jim Parrot, we learned we were missing an LP hose that should have come with the Airstream Interstate 24X. In contacting Woodland, I hooked up with Ethan in Warranty, he wasn’t familiar with the hose but said he would look into it. Which is what he did! He sent the missing part and I received it in a few days. Third, we couldn’t get the new router to recognize our VIN number using the Airstream Connect app. The Airstream Connect literature suggested we call Airstream customer support if we experience problems. Which is what we did and talked to Blaine at Airstream in Ohio. Blaine spent hours on the phone with us, walking through the process. It took two days, but Blaine was persistent, he got IT involve once we learned it was a software issue. We got connected! I said earlier, the initial experience leaves an impression, and it did. Our experience at Woodland Airstream was exceptional. They answer the phone, they say what they will do and do what they say. The inventory as shown on their website was true. The dealership was clean, organized, professional and just plain friendly. We knew what we wanted and put a down payment on the 24X before leaving. The day we picked up our Airstream, Olivia at Woodland Airstream rolled out the red carpet for us, literally (see pic). Woodland Airstream is an exceptional dealership backed by competent people at headquarters, and the Airstream Interstate 24X is an exceptional RV!

These people are simply fantastic! Steve in Sales is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and has a passion foe Airstreams that is contagious! He shares industry knowledge and personal experiences from his own Airstream camping with his family. Erich and Joyce in Service are both incredibly focused on friendly and efficient customer service. They have serviced my 2013 27’ AS Classic Limited with great turnaround and a very fair price for the work. The service techs have met every challenge on time...professional and friendly. And the women in Parts are also super friendly, courteous and helpful. Can’t imagine a better experience. I drive two hours each way because the treatment and results at Woodland Airstream are completely worth the drive. They’ve earned their “5 Rivet” at infant and deserve a 6th! Thanks everyone—BRAVO!!
