Christa, I am sadly sending this email to express how disappointed I am with the service received on my 2023 Jayco Eagle 27RS. I contacted you on September 11 via email with photos of the table issue. We agreed I would drop off the camper on September 19 for an appointment on September 24. Over the course of the next 3 weeks the communication on your part was very poor. I kept reaching out for answer but you could not provide them. The biggest issue that it came in for was the table pedestal coming loose from the base. You were informed of my trip schedule in the initial contact email on September 11. I picked up the camper last Friday October 17 and my table is now worse than when I brought it in. The table was now in pieces ,with a chip out of the pedestal and the top is scratched. When I brought it in I had taken precautions to protect the table so it wouldn’t cause further damage. It was wrapped in a moving blanket and padded with pillows.When I picked up the camper on Friday my first obstacle was a dead battery. Next the table was placed back in position with the top directly down on the bare floor. I wrapped it in the furniture blanket and padded it for the trip home. At some point while in your care the table was severely scratched. At this point the entire table needs to be replaced. I have attached pictures. Pictures 1-6 are before bringing it in to you. The rest are after. We leave for a trip on Thursday and now have no usable table. The last picture is of the repair to the rear window trim. This is also a poor repair. As you can see the screw was just moved and there was no attempt to fill the old hole. You told me in our conversation on 10/10 that table parts were ordered. Do you have any updates? Do you have emails ,was the table ordered, is it being worked on, when is the estimated arrival date? In my line of work as a production boat builder these are the details we provide to the dealer and customer when there are issues like this. I look forward to hearing from you with an update on this matter.
