Wade’s Rv in Joplin is the Best!! We have purchased a used Lance Truck Camper from Wade’s RV in Joplin with the best of customer service and satisfaction. Salesperson was great, Finance was great, Receptionist was great, even after this grouchy old man was rude on the phone. Store Manager was great! Service Department was excellent and patient with this old man! My wife told me on our way home she thought it was the best RV purchase experience we have had and believe me we have purchased quite a number of RV’s. I have to agree with her!!
My wife and I have a 2011 Montana High Country that we've been living in. Yesterday, one of the fan blades in our main living area AC unit broke, which caused a dramatically loud noise and shook the whole RV, on top of severely impacting the output of the unit. It was stinkin' hot and miserable, so obviously we needed it fixed ASAP. Called this location after trying multiple other stores. April, the receptionist, informed me the parts guy had just left, but proceeded to not only try to find the part, but called me back and held the part for me. She apologized profusely due to her being new and still learning, but I just wanted to mention her by name because she did outstanding, and had wonderful customer service skills.
What a fantastic bunch of people, I have had some warranty work done on my RV from another dealer and this group has taken care of me like family. The service dept always has time to explain what the issue is and how they're going to take care of it. The people in the warranty dept are great to deal with, Shonda kept me up to speed with text messages and delt with the supplies to get us up and operational again. I would recommend this dealer for anything needed regarding RVs or repair. Thank you for a job well done. Kevin and Rita Chandler
We were traveling through the area and had a brake issue. I spoke to the guy working in parts, he was super friendly and helpful. Even called me back while we were on our way to the store to make sure we didn't need another part bc of so they didn't have it and he wanted to give me a heads up. We was also helpful in getting us directions to Walmart so we could pick up few more items we needed to make the repair.
