I found the travel trailer online, sent an email and Stan responded immediately. He answered all my questions, and sent me every picture I asked for. He even slid all the slides in and sent me a video of how it looks while in travel mode, per my request! I wasn’t going to be home for 2 weeks, he placed the unit on hold for me (with a small deposit). I then worked with Caroline and she was very patient with me gathering all the information required because we had also had a trade. The application process was easy, they were very transparent and accommodating. We arrived 2 weeks later, it was wet and cold. They didn’t cancel on us, Stan made sure we got everything we asked for and everything else we bought installed (not free but very well priced). The walk through was thorough, they even walked us through an issue we had at home while filling the fresh water tank. They helped us over the phone, no charge, and they didn’t make us feel stupid and were very understanding. If we ever decide to upgrade we will return to Wheels RV. Thank you all for making our experience pleasant!

Had a blow out on the way through. Inspected and told me it was just some cosmetic damage and continued in our trip. They checked all air pressure in my tires while I had it there. Super nice, amazing customer service. If I ever need maintenance or help again bring it to them for sure.

Our experience with Wheels RV in Springdale was fantastic start to finish! Kenny was our salesman and was so personable and helpful. It was refreshing to walk into a local-owned dealership and truly know we were getting the best for our money. Will be recommending to friends and family!! Happy Trails! 🏕️

Customer service isn't what it use to be, but when a company and it's employees step up and prove that wrong, I must sing their praise. Wheels RV's service tech, Asher, made a terrible ordeal livable. He was honest with us and keep us informed. He worked, in a timely fashion, to solve the problem that ended up being the manufacturer's mistake during assembly. It was a honest mistake, at Grand Design, that caused major damage to our Toy Hauler floor. A seam strip rubber seal still had the plastic on it, which did not allow the rubber to seal to the metal. So, we had water leaking into the back since it was built. Not our fault, we did nothing wrong, but we were 6 months past the warranty, of course ~ Asher step right in and walked us through the process of filing against Grand Design to honor the repair, even tho we were past the warranty. Asher took great pictures and could see the plastic was still adhered to the rubber. He compared both sides and it was obvious the issue was created in the manufacturer assembly. Asher understood we needed this RV to live in while we packed our house up to move to Oregon. More than anything Asher made this whole ordeal doable, with his attitude and respect to us, and our situation. I did call Grand Design, myself, and spoke with Damon, who even after taking a butt chewing, from me, continued to work toward a solution. I thank him too. Again, service after the fact is lacking in our world today and Companies don't always step up. It truly was an honest mistake at the factory, and I greatly appreciate Gran Design, along with Wheels, and Asher for seeing that, and working hard to make it right. We paid nothing for the repair and my pocket box THANKS you!

James amazing to work with. Listened to me and the finance on what we needed. Wanted to work a deal out but unfortunately the finance department dropped the ball on just about everything. Failed to call give us call backs and update us on our application. After a week finally got an answer on our application and didn’t take us as serious buyers which is sad. Finance manager wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t try to work with what we wanted and got very defensive when I told him my income was wrong on the application when pay stubs were shown. Unfortunately they lost a serious buyer and a great opportunity to do business with someone who would have been a repeat customer.
