Took my motorhome to Lake Country after it sat at Camping World for 7 weeks with nothing done about the repairs it went in for. Lake Country inspected the areas that needed attention and within a short period of time had the work done and corrected the mistakes made by Camping World. They kept me informed along the way. We just had the best experience buying our new travel trailer at Lake Country. Dean, Arlen, Sergio and Lynn treated us like family. We had a deal go south elsewhere, and walked in the office last week and knew immediately we were in the right place. They communicated with us, they did exactly what they said they would do, all right on time. They helped get everything set up, and spent extra time answering questions and setting us up for safety. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! Huge YES! 🙌
If you are looking to get your RV serviced this is the place to get it done. I brought mine to get winterized a little late and was froze. Fixed the faulty parts when many dealers would upsell and replace instead of fixing. Great people to deal with and will definitely be back.
