We had a terrific buying experience at Travers St Louis RV. Bob Isenmann was our sales associate. Bob was very easy to work with, always answering questions we had with immense patience. We were a long distance sale, traveling cross country on our way to a destination in another state. Because of Bob, we were able to arrange a quick turn around with our trade in vehicle, moving from one van to another. We were on our way by the end of the day. Brian Pagano, finance manager, provided great after the sale assistance. Our state MVD was particular about required forms they wanted filled out a special way. This was unusual when compared to most states. Brian jumped through hoops to help us make the title transfer happen. Even though we live several states away, I know Tarvers RV would take care of us should we have a problem. They have full service facilities. We would definitely buy from Tarvers again and strongly recommend considering them for your RV needs.
Our internet search for a good used 30' travel trailer led us to Travers and our sales rep, Bob. We had a smaller 24' unit that we traded in that was too small. The process went well and best of all, my wife was pleased with the process and people.

It took two months total based on the shop’s schedule and getting the parts needed to complete the job. RV looked great when I picked it up. He also arranged to have an A/C soft start installed while getting the repairs done. I’m very happy with the service and would go there again.
