The best dealership we have ever interacted with!! We have been in the market for a fifth wheel and visiting several dealerships. We have had to deal with pushy sales reps which is an instant no for us. We met Barb at Tom Schaeffer’s and I told my husband this is where we will buy from because she’s amazing. She cares about her customers and wants them to be happy. It’s a big purchase and she never pushed us. Once we found what we wanted to buy we were able to interact with more of the team and I’m just shocked at how great everyone was. Bob and Craig made sure everything was perfect for us and that we understood all the features. Kathy made the paperwork process painless! We are first time traveling trailer purchasers and without a doubt every staff person from day 1 went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure we were satisfied and felt knowledgeable about our new purchase. Every aspect of my experience with Tom Schaeffer’s has been fantastic. It started with the salesperson (Gabby). She made us feel like a friend the first time she met us. Her approach from the beginning of her sales process to the end was to focus on our needs not on getting the sale. She cared about what we wanted and she did her best to find the right camper for our needs. Once that was done, she presented a fair price to us that required zero back and forth - let me talk to my manager nonsense. Then we were introduced to the finance department. Rachel, the finance representative presented finance options and warranty options to us. She never did a hard sell on anything. She skillfully matched up her offerings with our needs. Next came the service department. Our technician spent over two hours with us going over every detail of the camper and answering our questions and setting up our truck for towing. He had a ton of patience for all of our questions and he was very knowledgeable. Finally, we met the folks in the camping store. They also went out of their way to answer our questions and to show us items that we expressed interest in. I have purchased a ton of vehicles in my life including cars, trucks, buses, RVs, motorcycles, and boats. My experience at Tom Schaeffer’s was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had.
