As a result of customer satisfaction with our services, our dealership relocated to our current location in 1991. We have grown steadily over the years to become the area's largest full service dealership offering sales and service for many makes and models.

We were on our way to FLA when we noticed the awning bracket had come loose and was banging against the side of the RV. We called Stoneys RV and they told us to bring it by and they’d take a look at it. They fixed it right in the parking lot. Did a great job securing it too! Cost was very reasonable and best of all we were back on the road in less than an hour. Absolutely the best customer service ever! Thank you!
Coming from buffalo, pa to Ohio we were experiencing swaying more the usual with the trailer. Amanda was so helpful and friendly didn’t even hesitate for us to come in and have it looked at. The two service men and Brian (possibly manager and owner ) were Exceptional and knowledgeable . Greatly appreciated
I filled out an Email questionnaire for service, after a week of no response I called. Was told she didn’t think they worked on horse trailers, which ours has LQ just like an RV & I know of others they’ve done. Then I was told someone would call me back. Which they did 2-3 days later. By then I found someone else.
Our camper AC shroud broke right after leaving our house. After stopping at 3 different RV parts stores and calling multiple others, Stoney's saved the day! The young lady was so pleasant and helpful over the phone then when we got there, she remembered me calling and grabbed the replacement shroud right away. We replaced it in their parking lot right before the rain started. Thank you, Stoney's!!
