Excellent experience from start to finish buying my new BMW X7. Brandon Repovz was great to work with. He was patient with all of my questions, and was very friendly and responsive the entire time - from test driving, to custom ordering, to production, to delivery. Rory was also helpful with test drives, as well as delivery. I had my prior X7 serviced by their Service Department and always received good service from Lauren, Michael, Gavin and Lincoln. I plan to continue to use their service department for my new X7. I am very pleased with my buying experience.

Bought a 740 about a month ago off Bobby and had a great experience. So I took my wife back and Walter and Ross were absolutely amazing! I didnt think the deal was gonna go through but Walter got on that phone and worked some MAGIC! And Ross was amazing! He walked my wife through every feature of her car. He even showed me some stuff about my car I didnt know about. Whatever the max salary is for a BMW Genius is what Ross should be getting. PAY THAT MAN!!! Now that I have my dream car I’ll never I’ll drive anything different. Walter and Ross like batman and robin!! We will be back!!!
Absolutely terrible experience. My car registration took over two months to process, and the customer service was nonexistent. Dorrie, the title clerk, was completely unhelpful and dismissive. never answers the phone or calls back. Because of their delays, I had to waste money on a rental car. Once they have your money, they clearly stop caring — complete lack of accountability. I strongly do not recommend buying a car here. Save yourself the frustration and expense.
