Originally, I was going to do my own repairs. Mike in parts was awesome. I called around to other dealerships but it seems nobody wanted my business.Then I realized I was out of my wheelhouse. Sonny’s was great. My texts and calls all returned. The camper looks good! They were all very professional. If I ever decide on another camper they’ll be my first choice.
Sonny's RV parts and all staff have been very good to my company. The truckbed liner is Tough and they schedule me for emergency sprays and normal schedule work whenever I need. They are very nice and always a smile. It is a great place to do business with.
Called and discussed bringing my 8 month old Grand Design in for warranty work. Few issues with doors not closing 2/2 to bad installation or lossening hardware that caused damage. Drove 5 hours round trip and once sitting at the desk they stated the dont do warranty work unless you bought camper from them. Why not say this over the phone. I would have to pay for it and have grand design reimburse me. Service manager also stated I would have to deal with manufacturer myself for reimbursement.
