I don’t normally leave reviews good or bad, but the service I received here was amazing to say the least. Each member went above and beyond to help me find, finance, and bring home the exact model to fit our needs. From the sales floor, to the finance manager, to the team of skilled mechanics, the service I received was a+. I wasn’t looking for the most expensive rv on the lot, but they still made me feel valued and appreciated. I wanna say thank you to everyone that worked with me and I highly recommend Skaggs to anyone looking.
A buddy and I went into this place seeking help for testing our generator for a business. We needed it up and running. These guys went above and beyond (even without being paid) to assist us in our troubleshooting, and lended us a cable to use in the process. I think this deserves a 5 star review. Normally don’t write reviews but hope the helps someone not go through what I did. Bought a forest river Cherokee at the rv show in January 2025. The inverter went out before we got to use it. Took 3 weeks to get it fixed. Went one one trip had problems with the a/c. Took it to Skaggs’s on July 7 took approximately 3 months to fix a/c put a dent in the side metal. Finally got my unit back November 17. Terrible customer service in the service department. Spoke with NeVelle Skaggs’s the owner several times no help.
Big shout out to Priscilla from the service and parts department. She ran across the building just to catch me and provide an update on my request before I left after dropping off my RV for service. She was very detail throughout the process and showed and explained what was done. Her professionalism and dedication to excellent customer service were much appreciated. Randy and team did an amazing job and the exceptional customer service is what will have me returning whenever I need RV service and I will highly recommend to others.
We had a blow out on the motorhome on the Interstate. They got us in right away, got us a new tire. Great service and did not take advantage and over charge due to it being an emergency so far from home. Thank you for being there, open and welcoming.
