From beginning to end Williams Family RV's provided us with top tier, exceptional service. As an African American couple it is often perceived or misunderstood that when it comes to RV's we're just window shopping and not really interested in purchasing. I don't think that was ever the perception at Willliams Family RV's. If it was they did a great job masking their perception. Tommy was an absolute joy from the beginning. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of each and every product he showed us. He took his time and explained every unit to our liking and didn't oversell himself or the product. Once we finished our tour for the day and told Tommy we would be back his demeanor never changed. Some salesman offer a disappointed demeanor when you tell them you're going to think about it a little more or you're going to check out some other places. Tommy was the exact opposite. He presented confident in the product and his ability to connect and sell. It was a plus for us as we were satisfied with both. Then came time to talk numbers. Tyler quietly enters the equation, very politely and softly says what he can do for us and much like Tommy, with a confident demeanor tells us to think about it and let them know what we decide. Andrew sealed the deal and Jody took care of the walk through (another exceptional experience)and here we are, New and proud owners of our very first RV. Thank you Williams Family RV for a great first experience!!!!
Friendly helpful sales and staff. Dave answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about different makes of campers and the pros and cons. They did a walk through with us to show or explain how everything worked. They also gave us instruction for winterizing our unit. Highly recommended by these snowbirds!
