Fantastic Experience!! We purchased a 2014 King Aire from Sewell Motor Coach in Dec 2025. I cannot say enough good things about Doug and his team. We have watched all the videos and listened to Doug explain he is a one price dealer and not the cheapest but the best deal. After going thru process and fully seeing all the repairs and work put into making everything as good as possible, I can say he is also the cheapest for the value you get. The King Aire came out absolutely beautiful and love it! The whole team from the office to the techs were exceptional. I also stayed for 3 days with the techs and I cannot stress enough how valuable this is! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you, Doug, and team for a great buying experience! Love it! Doug's saying is spot on, The right coach, the right price, the right DEALER!!!

Wow where do I start ? Facebook identified the bus we were looking for to upgrade some day , just so happens SMC had it on an add . I thought no way we could get a deal together fast enough because this 2023 45FP was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted . Communicated with Mike a couple days and waited for the video to upload , man we were hooked ! We made the decision to send the non refundable deposit after watching Doug do the walkthrough without seeing the Bus ! We had to delay our trip with our trade in due to the ice storm but when we got there she was in the inside PDI bay so we could transfer in comfort! . Camron …. Man he knows these things ! He helped with every question we had and trust me these things are so loaded there was a lot ! Can never thank him enough! . Another gentleman there helped us transfer the mattress and several other things , so freaking helpful all around 🙏. Heather was amazing with the closing stuff and the paperwork needed when back in Florida , what an amazing office staff ! Buddy was our pre delivery contact and was very calming in our anxiety before we saw it ! Then there is DOUG ! Wow I used to think I had a way to make customers feel confident in their purchase but he is the best ! He did everything he said he would and we left being friends till the end ! Thank you SMC and all involved!

We strongly encourage RV buyers to review, study and seriously consider Sewell Motor Coach. Especially first-time buyers, which we are. Doug, Heather, “Coach” Buddy and a host of others on the team were great to work with. Believe the numerous kudos they receive in the reviews! These are good people … and they really do remain partners as we cruise the countryside. Following a short trip in the 2018 Tiffin 34PA that we picked up in late October ‘25 from Sewell Motor Coach, we toured the Tampa RV show. My wife and I purchased a beautiful 2019 Entegra Insignia 40B2 from Sewell and took delivery September 15th, 2025. Talon, Cameron, Heather and Doug made it a wonderful experience! Hard to believe we made this big of a purchase before seeing the coach in person. Not something we would have done without watching Sewell's YouTube videos for 6 months or more, and Talon provided walkaround and walk through videos, pictures and answered any questions we had. Then after making purchase, Cameron provided updates with the inspection and repairs being made. He also made sure any of the issues I pointed out after arrival was quickly addressed. Also after getting home I noticed an issue with the weight rating of the tires they had installed and Doug quickly and appropriately remedied the situation. We could not be happier with the decision we made in purchasing from Sewell.

We recently purchased a 2019 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 32SA from Sewell Motor Coach (SMC). Our purchase through delivery experience was exceptional. We are life-long tent campers and never purchased an RV much less a Class A luxury motorcoach. We live in WA State 2,500 miles from Harrodsburg, Kentucky; how were we going to do this? Doug and his dedicated team made the entire process from first contact to driving away in our new-to-us motorcoach very easy and stress free. Pre-Purchase: We did our homework, years of RV shows, dealership visits, online research, and hundreds of hours of YouTube videos related to RV Ownership. Doug Sewell at Sewell Motor Coach prominently and repeatedly stood out in a crowded field of choices. His consistent messaging, focus on quality, and his one-price approach led us to make the call. A couple of times. We learned from Doug: "the right coach, the right time, the right price" eventually aligned with our goal. The Purchase & Logistics: Enter Mike & Heather who answer the phone when you call. We quickly realized they are friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, & efficient. Doug welcomed a third party inspection of the coach prior to our purchase and Mike facilitated the inspector's access to the coach. The inspector identified minor issues, which the SMC techs addressed immediately. Mike and Heather then facilitated completion of the paperwork to complete the sale. They knew what we needed and kept us informed as they guided us through the documenting pieces and parts. We were able to ship all our RV related accessories to SMC via Amazon, eTrailer, etc. Communication was smooth and consistent even though we were 3 hours behind on the West Coast. Travel to SMC & meeting the team: Doug's team treated us like family. Doug sent his driver, Marion, to pick us up at our airport hotel nearly 2 hours away from the dealership. On the drive back Marion cheerfully pointed out historical sites and points of interest along the way including Harrodsburg key shopping & dinning spots. Marion introduced us to and left us in the care of Doug, Mike, & Heather to get us started. Camping & a Loaner Car at SMC: We spent 3 nights & 4 days in the rig at the dealership. Buddy, our technician, was there everyday asking if we had any questions or found any issues. He addressed everything and noted things we didn't even think about. Buddy's attention to detail, knowledge and expertise, he readily shared, was invaluable. He also bravely took on the role as driver instructor for our first time Class A drive. Doug loaned us a car to use during our time at SMC, which we drove to local stores to purchase additional gear and supplies for our trip back to the West Coast and to dine at local restaurants recommended by SMC staff. Bottom-line impression: Sewell Motor Coach is the real deal! Doug and his team have an amazing quality of service and take pride in delivering on their promises.
