We are a small family owned business. We love what we do, and the reason is because we love camping and the outdoors! We grew up with our parents always owning some type of RV. From the camper in the bed of the truck to fifth wheels and motor homes. During the summers our dad would pack the RV and would take us on what he called the "Ultimate Vacation". We would travel all over for a month; from national parks to Disneyland and beyond.

We brought our RV in for warranty work at ROA South Carolina and were blown away by their kindness and hospitality. They even offered us a free campsite on their property for the night, which made everything so much easier. Later on, we had another unexpected situation — we accidentally locked our keys inside the storage compartments of our RV. Randy went above and beyond by overnighting a replacement key through UPS. That one act made a huge difference for us. In order to continue our RV trip and hook up to utilities, those compartments had to be open. Even though our RV is off-grid and can go without hookups for a while, there were important things like our water hook ups, electric cable, and emptying the cassette!! Thanks to Randy’s quick action, we were able to stay on track with our travels. You don’t find service like this everywhere. ROA South Carolina truly cares about their customers, and we are incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!
We drove halfway across country to purchase and take delivery of our new pause reboot 19.4 AR. We could have ordered it at a dealership 40 minutes from our house but we would not have received the same experience as we did with ROA South Carolina. Randy And Thomas at ROA were extremely knowledgeable, responded to all of our questions in a timely manner, and the walk-through on the day that we took possession was outstanding and extremely thorough. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with ROA of SC. Thomas, Randy, and Josh are terrific. We bought a used Reboot 19.4 and they have gone above and beyond to take care of questions and get a couple of things that were missing upon delivery. In my opinion, ROA strives to be different, and it shows in everything they do. So, again thank you to ROA of SC!
We purchased our imperial outdoors x22 from ROA south carolina. Randy and the team were nothing short of amazing and made the purchasing of this trailer seamless! We drove 9.5 hours from home to get the trailer and from the moment we walked in we felt like we were family. Randy and staff were kind and took very good care of us. Paperwork was a breeze and we were out the door in a couple hours to drive to our first camping adventure. I would never hesitate to work with these folks again!!
