The Shaw family took so much time to help us and treated us as if we were part of their family. I cannot say enough about our experience at RVMax.US. We were treated like family the entire time. In fact, we were enjoying ourselves so much the day almost got away from us, and we nearly forgot to close the deal before the bank closed. It is very clear that Sachin is not just in it for the money. He just has a passion for luxury RVs and people. We feel we made a super fair deal and left with our new to us 2020 Entegra that night. It was very hard not to take up Sachin on his offer to stay the night because we were having way too much fun. We also got to meet several celebrity YouTubers and were treated to a wonderful lunch with Sachin, his wife Liz, her wonderful sister Julie, and the major big deal to me- James from AZ-RVExperts! Their YouTube mega star son, “Hollywood” Mayan was also part of the fun filled day. I will cherish this experience forever and look forward to visiting the Shah’s again in the near future for a stop over on our way through to Florida. Our new Entegra is everything we were looking for and better than expected. By the way, there are three times as many coaches on the lot than are listed on their website. Seeing them in action, it’s clear they just can’t keep up. This was not just a transaction, it was an invitation into the Shah family and we are honored. Five start just doesn’t cut it. They deserve 6-7 😊
We just purchased a newer RV from RVMax.us and had a great experience that was nothing but FUN, but also low stress & no pressure. After watching many internet videos on used RVs trying to learn about the differences, we decided to make the drive to visit RVMax.us and physically look at a couple RVs Sachin Shah had on his lot in November – before the holidays hit. We were surprised we found one we liked that was in perfect condition for a very fair price. We made our deposit to hold it for when we could drive our old coach in ~5 weeks later. When we did, we were warmly & happily greeted and the fun began. Sachin jumped in our RV hit the horn a few times excited that we arrived safely and parked it buddy style next to our new RV that was ready for us to move in and take possession. We spent 2 nights getting acquainted with the new coach – and we were welcome to stay longer - but didn't. It was so nice that they gave us the time we needed to figure things out and get our more detailed questions answered. If.... we decide down the road to upgrade one more time, we will no doubt go back and do business with this great family business. Leslie & John
