5 stars to the sales manager, Nathan, and the service techs, Josh and Sam! They were awesome to work with. Respectful, quick to respond, and kept me updated until the day of pick up. No complaints at all with them. 1 star for the finance department. My interaction with F&I guy started off great, but his attitude changed once I asked (multiple times) to remove the extra $10k+ in add-on products (RV Complete warranties/memberships/services) that I no longer wanted. The loan hadn’t been funded and I hadn’t accepted delivery of the RV. The RV was still sitting on the dealer’s lot, so acceptance and delivery hadn’t even happened, no matter what paperwork says. Even after I explained why I didn’t want the products, he tried another sales pitch and told me I should wait until AFTER the loan funded to cancel. That was extremely off-putting. Not sure if he thought I didn’t understand the process, but that didn’t fly with me. If a customer asks to remove products and services from their contract (which hadn’t been sent nor finalized by the lender), then it should’ve been an easy fix without lots of push back or delay. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to call the lender to make sure they know delivery wasn’t accepted. I shouldn’t have to contact Blue Compass Customer Service in order to get a response from the F&I manager. And I definitely shouldn’t have to threaten complaints to Blue Compass corporate, the GA BBB, or Consumer Protection just to get a simple cancellation and revised contract honored.
In would leave a 10 star review if I could!!! There are not enough words to describe how amazing Josh, Tyler and Mason were!! We drive from Cincinnati to Buford to spend a week camping. We found out when arriving that our toad was dead. we coukd have paid an RV tech 250$ to come assess the situation. But my husband drive to this Blue Compass RV close by and WOW!! They were amazing - even loaned us their cord tester to take back to the campground to see if we were getting power from the RV. They did not charge us a penny and fixed it to give us a way to pull it behind back home! They were so friendly and helpful! We come back every year and will now be stress free if we have any issues knowing these guys are here!!!

They kept me informed every step of the way, which meant so much—especially with how stressful RV repairs can be. A huge thank-you to Josh and Will, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. They were patient, detailed, and always willing to explain what was happening so I never felt left in the dark. Their communication was consistent and honest, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. The entire team made a long repair process feel manageable, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into keeping me updated throughout. It’s rare to find customer service this solid anymore. I had some work done on my new Airstream at the Blue Compass location in Orlando, but a few things didn’t end up working right, including my solar setup. It was frustrating since it was my first trip with my new RV. When I reached out to Blue Compass Buford, Josh completely turned things around. The night before my appointment, he called me to go over everything in detail, researched the issues, and came up with a game plan to make sure everything would be fixed the right way. The next morning, he and his team, Mason and Sam, got in before the dealership even opened so they could get started early and help me get back on the road as quickly as possible. Their work was top-notch, and they made sure every single issue was taken care of perfectly. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days. I couldn’t be more thankful to Josh and his team for turning a stressful experience into such a positive one.
