Our experience with Blue Compass was amazing. We toured their RVs at a show with zero pressure. Followed up at their site in Concord to see more used and new RVs to validate our decision. The sales team let us tour RV alone but was there to guide and answer questions. It was clear they wanted us to be sure of the correct coach for us even if they didn’t have what we needed. They in fact located the coach we needed at another location. We made an offer on a new RV, based on our nation wide research, that they agreed to and it was without any dealer markups! No haggling, fees, delays and the coach was ready in a few days. The paperwork process, insurance confirmations etc was super smooth. Lots of free stuff like RVlife and road assistance, Thousand Trails, parts and service discounts etc were appreciated. We are hooked on Blue Compass and their support network. No doubt that if and when we upgrade, it will be with Blue Compass. I recommend them to everyone now. If they don’t have it, they’ll find it at less than anyone anywhere in the US. Attached is our new RV before it slipped into its storage garage. ;) Yeah, it sleeps inside if not traveling bc we love it! BTW-We waited to review just in case we had issues. None. Zero. Not a single support or defect to get resolved. Incredible with so many people in the RV world complaining but our RV hasn’t needed one factory item repaired. Blue Compass review and inspection corrected items before delivery.. not after. Perfect!
Easiest large purchase we have ever made. Chad did not pressure us into a decision. Ensured we had as much time as we needed in the unit we were considering. Neena in service was excellent! Rylie was easy to understand and very helpful during and after paperwork. Henry performed additional installation and his Demonstration of our unit was the best we’ve ever had with any new purchase. A wonderful experience. Amanda applied no pressure. Answered all my questions. Helped me find my perfect rig. Neena took care of me explaining all the details of my financing. . Jasmine and Amber did a great job derailing my new rig. Chad explained everything about how to operate my new rig. This was an amazing experience all the way around.
Worse experience ever. Did not deliver what they showed us. Made us finance when we had cash. Now our credit has been comprised because of their sloppy dealing. Only Riley in credit was wonderful trying to correct the failures of the sales team. Complete racket, do not buy from them. We found a great camper more than half that price with cash
