I started RV City at its present site in 1986. I have been in the RV Industry for 35 years. I'm proud to say my father and I designed the building that was built in 1999. We started selling JAYCO recreational vehicles and have sold them ever since. We have become one of their Longest Standing Dealers in the world. We continue to sell JAYCO because of it's Quality and it's "Best in the Industry" 2 year warranty.

We were struggling with our solar system not charging. We contacted RV city and their technician Scotty , asked a few questions then told us to keep it simple he was sure it was something easy to fix but his schedule was booked for a couple days. We could not figure out what we were doing wrong Scotty arrived as scheduled, talked to us again showed us how to keep it simple he walked us thru a quick trouble shoot and discovered we had reversed polarity found it in 5 minutes!!! Scotty was awesome and made sure we understood what we did and how to prevent it in the future. Definitely will use him again for any of my RV needs.
I came to RV City just out of curiosity to see what was out there. I eventually drove away in a 40-ft luxury bus. They gave me a very good price on my trade-in. Toby bent over backwards to get me financed and get me the best deal I possibly could get. They're amazing service department ensured that every little component was in working order before taking delivery. This was the most amazing buying experience I have ever had. I won't buy from anyone else. Great people and great service!
I was purchasing a used motorhome and had RV City do a thorough inspection of everything. They were incredibly responsive and found some things that needed repair of which I was not aware. Well the total process took a smidge longer than expected, they did not get annoyed by my numerous phone calls and kept me informed all along the way. Once I picked up the rig and moved in, I had a couple of issues that arose and they responded immediately and sent somebody out to take care of it. Kudos to Dee, Jeff, Lance and especially Scotty, the technician that came out to fix the issues.
RV City was willing to take on a complex and challenging repair estimate process for me. Between the manufacturer and the insurance company it was a long and grueling process, but Dee with the service department of RV City did extensive research and provided all the information necessary to get the situation resolved. I highly recommend their service department!

Was extremely patient with our thousand and one questions. The service department also has amazing customer service. They treat you like family. We had bought a used RV and had no idea how to operate everything. We got a very extensive and easy to understand class with Scotty. Anything we didn't know how to operate{ which was almost everything ) he very patiently explaned to us. Everyone here was extremely knowledgeable and very patiently shared that knowledge with us.
