When I went to take a look at one of his campers, I mentioned that it was something I had never looked into before, and he was more than willing to provide answers to all of the questions I had. He even made sure to go in-depth with demonstrating how everything works, maintenance to keep up with, and even made sure to give further information for questions I wasn’t aware to ask. I was pleased with the responsiveness, and you can depend on him getting back to you in a timely manner! He was fair with negotiations, and purchase went smoothly. He and Henry made sure everything was all set very quickly, and they are both a delight to converse with. You can tell right off that bat that they are an honest, family-owned business with great work ethic! Wish them the best success with all of their future business!
I'm very happy with my camper purchase from RV Center of Gastonia. Johnathan showed great transparency with information on our specific lot model, offered competitive pricing, and a straightforward transaction. He also scheduled an in depth tour, answering all of our questions and showcased the features properly functioning, and winterproofed the camper since it won't be in full use right away. On 09/17/21 I made an appointment with Johnathan to look at a camper that he had on his lot. I showed up and he was there, we did a walk through on the trailer which had a fair price on it. I brought a friend back with me on 09/21/21 to do another walk through. We both had many questions which Johnathan answered and was very knowledgeable regarding the campers he was selling. We agreed to buy the trailer that I looked at, agreed to a down payment, and Johnathan also agreed to hold it for a week because I was leaving the next morning on vacation. We went and picked up the camper last night (09/29/21). Johnathan conducted a thorough walk through and helped hook up the camper to our truck. Best experience I've had with a non-pushy sales person. If you want to avoid the pushy, typical salesmen at big time dealers that will tell you anything to get you to buy overprices campers then this is the place you need to work with. Johnathan is a small family owned business with no BS. I bought a camper at a very good price and enjoyed the interaction with the owner. I would have put 0 stars if I had the choice. We purchased a RV from Jonathon and had to sell it back to him because of medical issues and let's say... he ripped us off. Bought the rv for almost 13,000 and upgraded it with a brand new bed and we never had the chance to use the RV because I have gone into heart failure and needed money for medicine and he would only buy it back for 6000. We had the rv only 6 months. Wolf in sheep's clothing. Christian folk don't do that. Beware of Jonathon Mitchell Your response was shameful Jonathon. An Rv doesn't depreciate $7,000 in 6 months and we had upgraded with a brand new mattress that cost $800. Call me a liar? You took advantage of the situation. If you didn't want it, why did you drive an hour to get it?
