I purchased a 2020 Grand Design from Rhone's RV sight unseen. I live in California, and they had the perfect unit for me on their lot. I called and talked with Guy. He is the absolute opposite of what you would typically expect a sales guy to be - he's honest, quick to respond to questions, and was so helpful through the entire process. The negotiation process was really easy and there was no haggling, also no high pressure tactics. Rhone's did a full inspection of the rig for me and fixed a lot of things at no cost to me before it got shipped out to California. Guy sent me a ton of pictures and videos of everything I asked to see, and never made me feel like a burden. I could not be happier with how the sale went and the fantastic service I received from everyone at the dealership. This was literally one of the best experiences of buying a vehicle - trailer or car - I've ever had. The Rhone’s team took great care of my wife and I when we purchased our first camper. Dan and the whole team made sure I had all my questions answered and that I had a complete working knowledge of the trailer and how to safely tow it. This weekend, 6-month after the initial purchase, we finally went on our first camping trip. Everything worked great and I knew how to tow it, set up, tear down, and use everything in between. I’m looking forward to making many more family memories with this camper.
