I do not recommend this business for repair or service. I brought a motorhome in for repair of the bunk system over the driver and passenger seat using my extended warranty. They took two months to repair it and after I got several hundred miles down the road the bunk almost fell on my head while I was driving. I was able to drive hunched over to a Home Depot and support it with 2x4s until I got to my destination. (if I could’ve turned around right then and driven it back, I would have however I was trying to get my wife to the hospital in Texas, where she could be treated for her Stage IV cancer. She passed away and I finally got time to look at the unit. I discovered that Reliable RV never put in any of the bolts that hold the front brackets on the system. Only because I am capable and calm did this keep me from getting into a major accident on the interstate potentially killing my family and others. Since I discovered that the bolts were not installed, I called the dealership and was told they no longer work on this model of motorhome anymore, gave me the name of a local shop and told me that I should take the problem up with my extended warranty. The extended warranty paid for the repair as they should have and they have no recourse to fix my RV and neither do I. I bought this motorhome from Reliable RV and the sales experience was great. I don’t recommend the Service Department.

Absolutely the WORST place to buy from. There is ZERO service after the sale. We bought a brand new 26 Forest River that had a substantial warranty claim that needed to be addressed. The only info they are willing to give is that they cant say when they will even look at. So to buy a $50,000 trailer and it breaks in the first month, they are cool with it just sitting there with nothing being done, including writing an estimate for the warranty company that has been waiting on it for almost a month. Our service advisor would rather spend his time across the street hanging out with his wife while he has customers waiting for over 30 minutes for him to come over and tell us essentially nothing. Terrible communication, terrible service, and seems to be common among the RV service center. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Today we ordered our new RV! After much research and many visits to many RV dealerships we chose Reliable RV. We like the relaxed no pressure way that Reliable does business and Rick the salesman and Jim the sales manager made our experience excellent!! We would recommend them to all!!

First, I have gone to many car repair and service shops. I have had the opportunity to compare and will only take my car here. I purchased my 2014 Subaru Forester here after visiting one afternoon and having a quick talk with one of the salesmen. What drew me back to purchase the car was the fact the salesman did NOT push me or finesse me into buying. (Being a mid-twenty year old woman I expected that to happen). I was impressed that they were not pushy and still gave me the attention even when I flat out said “I’m only comparing, not buying” a couple days later I was so impressed they weren’t pushy (like so many others) I came back. They worked well with pricing too. The service portion is of course more pricy being a dealership however they match prices on parts and are very thorough when evaluating your vehicle. The service agents are wonderful. Danny and Austin have been mine for years and they are delightful and so helpful. I highly recommend them. They are very busy which speaks of their business and are VERY quick when a recall is issued. Every time I have had a large job (such as adding keyless entry) they have provided a loaner car like mine. Their waiting room is always filled with goodies and coffee (you get great donuts when COVID isn’t around) and they are dog friendly! You can get a shuttle (which we use most of the time we drop a car off) to and from work or even errand running. This is one where the extra $ is worth it.

Rick (salesman) and James (sales manager ) go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and make the best deals out there! I have purchased and made deals with different dealers in the past and these guys are by far the best!
