Louis was very helpful, but not pushy. He let us talk thru what we questioned about the units. The walk thru during pick up was so helpful. Shane walked thru all options for extended warranty so we were knowledgeable making the decision that felt right for us.

We are now the very proud owners of a new Brinkley 265-I travel trailer that’s been uniquely accessorized by the amazing service team at RCD RV in Heath Ohio. This is the first travel trailer we’ve ever owned and the very first that RDC RV was asked to outfit with shower safety bars and an electronic CoachLift designed to assist my disabled husband into the trailer. These add-ons were absolutely critical to allow us the ability to travel. We want to acknowledge the special people that made our future adventures possible. Our first contact was over the phone with our salesman, Louis Birtcher, who helped us identify what trailer would work best for us relative to features and accessibility. Louis was so responsive and helpful with providing timely/accurate information and guiding us through the process A - Z. When it came to day “Z” ( i.e. trailer pick up day :), Jeff was wonderful touring us through our trailer and introducing us to its many features and proper use. Shane was amazing with all the assistance he provided us through our financing process. Evan was so kind and knowledgeable while helping us with a couple last minute service items, including installing our camera and providing much appreciated guidance on how to back the truck up to the hitch and secure the trailer properly. Lastly, we want to give an extra loud shout out to Mackenzie!! She was absolutely amazing while working as a liaison between us, the service technicians, Brinkley, and the CoachLift factory to ensure all my husband’s special needs were met! She’s an absolute gem!! Truly, everyone we had the pleasure of working with were awesome and made us feel confident we were in the best hands throughout the process Thank you so much!

What a great experience, Louis and James were great. We've been camping for 45 years and have owned 6 previous campers this makes the 7th one we have purchased. This was the easiest best experience we've had. Can't say enough good about this place. Thanks again.

My husband and I have been working with Andrew at RCD RV in Hebron Ohio for over a year and half. The reason is it took so long was not because of Andrew but rather because I am the type of person the researches EVERYTHING, call it OCD or whatever but I like to be sure of what I am buying. Andrew with RCD RV was amazing, he fielded my hundreds of questions with humility and grace always telling me if it was something he didn't know but would find out for me. He was very prompt in getting back to me when it was something he needed to contact the manufacturer about to confirm the answer before he told me. I like it when someone is honest enough to tell me that they don't know the answer but they will find out and get back to me, and Andrew was very knowledgeable but there were a handful of questions that he had to check into. Andrew was patient and never pushed us to purchase to accommodate his sales goals, he waited for us to be ready. His patience paid off and in January we purchased a Brinkley from RCD RV. Since our purchase Andrew has continued to be there for us for our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy an RV to go to RCD RV and ask for Andrew. I know he will treat you with the same patience and respect that he did for us.
