This business is a complete disaster. We were sold an extended warranty that promised comprehensive coverage, but it was a lie. When we tried to cancel it, they threatened legal action. It took over 90 days, and only after we threatened legal action, did they finally refund our money. The lack of customer service was appalling. They didn’t even bother to take a few minutes to ask how they could help. I strongly advise against going to this business. If you’re looking for a reliable RV dealership, look elsewhere. Read any post from Kunes RV of Janesville with a post older than 3 months. This was all Quietwoods until they were acquired by Kunes in December 2025. They have a history of unhappy customers regarding warranty claims and service.
First of all, Kevin was a pretty good sales person for us. Made us feel welcomed when we go there and took good care of us. Definitely said and did the right things for us to make the deal with our new camper. Then service came into the picture and has been nothing but a nightmare and now we have a recall and it's like they don't exist. Zero communication after multiple attempts and now we have to find another dealer to help us with the recall.
Everything about our purchase went smooth. I thought we got a good deal, for a quality product. The staff there was very helpful. I would recommend it to everyone.
We traded on our 2024 for a 2026, we worked with Kevin in sales, he was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and Thanked us for our purchase. We worked with Michelle in the finance dept, she was Awesome, made the whole process so easy and fast. We worked with John in Service dept, he was friendly, helpful, walked us through our new RV, front to back, top to bottom, inside and out. He answered all of our questions, and we left knowing more about our new trailer than we did with the one we traded in.
