I originally came to this place to get my travel-trailer winterized. Lindsey is fantastic and lots of help. Next thing I know, my wife and I are working with Mark on an upgrade after a simple phone call from him. We were able to get exactly what we needed and we finished up with Iran in financing. The entire process was quick and actually fun. I've dealt with two (local) competitors of Campers Inn RV of Richfield and I was not impressed with them at all. Campers Inn RV of Richfield is outstanding in all categories and I would recommend them to anyone.
We have been treated respectfully & graciously each time we have visited. Not so at some other dealerships. Our buying experience was fantastic. And our first warranty repairs were done in good time. Communications from the service department were excellent and consistent throughout the repair process. Keep up the great work CIRV team!!

Lindsey and Ashley in customer service was extremely knowledgeable and personable - always cheerful. I store my trailer there so they have to put up with me often and I always feel welcome. Unfortunately, Jim the service Mgr gets hit with all questions and/or concerns and always handles it promptly. I've recommended them to quite a few people and recommend them highly to anyone in Google land!
