Warning of new owner!!!!!! We use to LOVE this place. We drove over an hour to buy a camper from them. Loved the atmosphere and the people. We bought the extended warranty and have been taking it in every winter for the last 3 winters to have it serviced. This year, under new ownership ( not even aware of this) we called to let them know we needed a few repairs and winterize the camper. They told us to bring it in as soon as Saturday. We brought it in and they call me the following Monday asking about my issues with the camper and then they tell us how most of it is not covered?? Not sure why Becuase this “ extended warranty” we were sold always worked on everything in the past and now all of a sudden it’s basically useless with the new ownership. Then proceeded to tell me that the camper can’t be worked on till early January ( why did tell me to drop it off Saturday then?) and that if I don’t pick it up I will be charger $25 a day till they can get to it early January… so I told her absolutely not be paying that I will get the camper. I explained we are over an hour away and work so Saturday will be the earliest we could grab it. Then she tells me they are not open Saturday’s and we could only come Monday-Friday!! All this info would Of been great to know before dropping it off…. Super disappointing

Quietwoods RV in Janesville was recommended to me by my next door neighbor. I was unaware, until his recommendation, that there was a Quietwoods somewhere besides Sturgeon Bay. I am so grateful to have a choice other than Camping World or Kunes, because I've heard terrible things about Camping World and I've had poor experiences with Kunes. My first contact was by phone with Shylo. I then met her in the service department when I dropped off my rig. She stayed in regular contact with me to let me know what was going on with my rig and checking about things I wanted done or not done. I also had phone contact with Pat. Every member of the service team was professional, friendly, and helpful. I made a dumb request to have the wheel bearings repacked, not knowing that drivable rigs didn't need that service. (I've only ever pulled travel trailers up to this point.) Shylo was super nice about it. Didn't take a tone with me as if I should have known better. I really appreciated not being made to feel dumb about being a newbie class A owner. I will be back to Quietwoods for any service on my rig and will recommend them to others. Quietwoods has my business for life!

All of the staff were welcoming and professional. We found exactly the model we were looking for, and we got it at a great price. The entire process was fast and hassle-free. I’d highly recommend anyone looking to buy a camper to check this place out!

First time working with Quietwoods RV in Janesville and was truly impressed with the service department. I took my toy hauler in for a new roof and a few other things. Throughout the process the service team was professional, thorough and just great to work with. The quality of work on the roof and the other work I had done was excellent.

EDIT: Jason at Quietwoods worked with us to review our service experience in order to make improvements. I appreciate a company that is willing to review their work to make their business better. Had a propane leak in our pop up camper. Thought we could probably fix it ourselves , but didn’t want to be wrong when it comes to gas… so, I called to see if this is something the service department could handle and they said yes. I wasn’t in a hurry to get it back, but I did think it would have been sooner than two weeks. When it finally was worked on, I got a call after two of labor had been put it. They were pretty sure they located the leak and the option I chose for repair would be one more hour of labor. But the time they called that it was finished, my bill was more than $800. That was with only a $30 part. After the work was completed was when I found out they charge labor (no separate diagnostics fee before repair begins) at $180/hr! My husband picked it up and when I called later to find out why the labor was at 4 hours and not three as had been discussed, the service agent said he would look into it and call me back. He didn’t which isn’t a surprise. Of the 5 times I called in relation to this repair, only two of my calls were ever returned. Took it out for the last trip of the season and when I popped it open, one of my curtains was ripped off. They must have popped it open halfway and not been careful when closing it up. In addition, they didn’t lol the door when they were done and my husband drove it all the way home with the door open. This service department is absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else.
