My experience with PPL Motor Homes was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the sweet receptionist, to my dealings with Autumn in the parts department and Tim and Randy, who installed the flat-tow system on my 2024 Jeep along with Rachael in finance, every single person who I dealt with treated me as though I were part of their very warm and caring family. The work done was top notch and pricing was fair. But, the experience of seeing all these people get along so well in their work was amazing! They genuinely care about each other AND each customer. They not only did an excellent job on the install but went many steps above and beyond in addressing every little problem I had been having with my motorhome, helped me find a great campsite while I was there, served great coffee and even treated my dogs like family. Although this is a long drive from my home in Fort Smith, Arkansas, I will return again and again for the excellent customer service, excellent work and to visit my new-found friends at PpL in El Reno , Oklahoma. The best I’ve ever met! I hated to leave! I really didn’t know that this type of atmosphere existed any longer in business. Very well done, PPL family!!!
We had nothing short of an outstanding experience with Anthony, Autumn, and Cory! Anthony answered all of our questions and even sent us videos of the unit since we are a long drive away, and in person was very caring and efficient. As first time buyers, Autumn was extremely helpful and informational when it came to parts. Our service technician Cory walked us through our unit and showed us everything we need to know and was also very helpful. We genuinely feel very confident in our purchase and would recommend the PPL team to anyone!!
The van was inspected thoroughly. PPL very accommodating. Deal went thru as planned. No surprises. Everyone very nice and knowledgeable. Marty, Anthony, and Brandon helped us and very professional. Scott was our tech. He did the inspection and the walk thru. We are very happy with PPL Motor Homes.
From the very start PPL was great to dess as l with. Paige got me in contact with my salesperson Marty who was fabulous. The walkthrough was done by Cory who was incredibly thorough and it just kept going. Charles in parts was very helpful and courteous and my finance person was Anthony. Everyone treated us with respect and made us feel as real customer. Highly recommend.
