Took my fifth wheel here and asked them to go through it thoroughly and repair as I was not going to be able to haul it back in for repairs. They had it for an entire month. When it was picked up the battery was dead and the tires were low. When I got it home and plugged a fuse got blown. A licensed Rv tech came out and found burnt wiring in the fuse box and the 50amp receptacle had a broken ground (see photo). When I turned the air on it began to smell hot and it was 100% non functioning, which must be replaced. This was supposed to be my full time residence, but now it is inhabitable until it can be repaired. I have made calls to Springdale RV and they have yet to call me back. REPLY RESPONSE: It was brought to you on April 24th. My appointment was for May 15th. We spoke in detail to someone there after it was dropped off and mentioned the anode because we knew it needed repaired in addition to using a fine tooth comb to make sure that all appliances and everything was working appropriately. As we were not going to be able to move it once delivered. Take a look at your phone records again as I called on Friday June 14th at 2:33. And was told that someone would be contacting me. Instead of reaching out to me to discuss you chose to call me a liar. I would have removed the review if you would have but now I will be contacting the BBB. And I will ensure that everyone that I know knows that your customer service and work is trash.

We had a great experience and they helped a whole lot with the camper purchase. Ronnie and his wife were very professional but also went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything and how to work it. Ronnie also made sure that we had everything correct and was good to go before we left with the camper.

I needed a wet bolt that had broken on our Jayco rv. This happened late Saturday while greasing the suspension and we were leaving out on Wednesday morning. Had problems with 3 wet bolts taking grease so had the lift the rv taking weight off the bolts and loosening them. All went well till the last one breaking while retaining. So on Monday no one had one that I called until I talked with Jeff. He said he has some used one that he had just tossed and I could have to get me going. So went there and Jeff handed me two used one but they were a little long but I told him could make them work. He then ask to see my old one and took it and told me to hold on a minute. A minute later he handed me a new exact replacement. Said he just remembered seeing that one the other day and didn’t remember where it even came from. Now get this with the time he spent with me on the phone and at the shop he would not let me pay for it! Now I haven’t done business with them in years been 20 + for sure so he in no way had any obligation to not charge me. All I can say is that’s great customer service and a BIG THANK YOU Jeff for getting me out of a bind and you will be seeing me when I needed something but your going to have to let me pay next time. LOL

Since google does not offer business's replying to a review the courtesy of adding a photo I have added it to our listing for you to see. I would like to go down your list. Yes, we had it for a month. It was dropped off without an appointment and you were told we would work it through, which we did. (we are very busy this time of year) As for the items not checked they were not on the workorder for us to check. The person you bought the trailer from dropped it off and had no idea what we were supposed to be doing. At that point you were called, and a specific list was made of what you told us to check. (see photo in listing) A gentleman later called, and we went over the workorder with him as well and explained to him in detail that if was not on our workorder we do not check it. (Customers tend to get very upset when we fix things that were not on the workorder.) Pretty much the only things we were asked to check were plumbing issues. If we had seen your power cord we would have called, we typically do not use the customers power cords we use our own. As for not returning your phone call, we do not have an answering machine. After reviewing our caller ID as far back as it will go your number never appeared. I am sorry for any miscommunication that seems to have occurred and hope you can find an RV center that better suits your needs. I am the gentleman you spoke too. These are all lies. I specifically said to give the RV a complete check up for once it was delivered, we would not be able to move it again. YOU ARE ALL LIERS! We will be contacting the better business bureau. Update: The A/C system was damaged and inoperable due to the wiring being burned up. This RV was not inspected properly. They damn sure didn't offer the customer any assistance or refund.

Want to give a shout out to the guys and gals at Springdale RV. They not only got my camper in and out quickly (A/C repair) but when I got it home found a drain pipe leaking water into the camper. I called them Monday morning and explained we were leaving Thursday and was there anything they could do. They were awesome to let me bring it back and worked me in that day! Staff is friendly and good to work with.
