Had a great experience with Pete's RV. Worked with Salesman Jon, Cristina in Service and John in financing. John worked close with us to get us the best deal and the best rate. He makes it pleasant to work with him and I feel like we have gained a new friend. Communication is great, prices are reasonable, and selection is outstanding. They make you feel like family. My wife and I decided to just stop in one day and pull the trigger to buy a new camper, time to make memories with our daughter. Bruce was the salesman we needed! Very straigh forward, and was a pleasure to work with. Super easy process. We did not need to finance through them so i cant comment on that department. Time came for us to pick up our new home away from home on wheels, and unfortunately Bruce wasnt there for us to thank him. So thank you Bruce! The walk through and orientation was awsome! I cant remember his name and im sorry bud but you are a star to the company for sure. Overall we would give 6 stars if we could. Petes rv service department has also been more than helpful with questions and information to winterize the camper myself. As well as re leveling my set up when I install air assist on the tow vehicle. To sum it up, great dealer, great salesman, great service. Thank you all for a easy fast and enjoyable experience. We had a very positive experience with the salesperson Ronnie. We would definitely purchase from them in the future. I feel like they are an honest small company. We live in Santa Fe Nm and will travel there in the future for our Travel Trailer needs.
Ron was great to work with. Made the buying process quick and easy. Christina was fantastic. Did an amazing job with the walk through and any questions I had.
My wife and I went in on Saturday and made. A decision on a new travel trailer. Redena was amazing. Signed paperwork to make our dream come true. Scheduled pickup for Thursday at 1530. We show up Thursday and are told there is a damaged part and the service is working on it. So they continue the orientation as service is working on trailer. We notice the trailer is still in the same spot as Saturday, extremely dirty and not prepared for delivery at all. Covered in dirt, delivery decals, grease and grime throughout the exterior of the trailer. The inside was a mess. Dirt, and saw dust covered the interior. Totally not ready for us to pull away with it. Yet still they claim that’s how campers are delivered. Going back to my prior statement, I’ve owned older used campers and they never were delivered to me in this condition. The orientation lady at this time is still claiming the unit was detailed and is ready for install. We immediately start to see imperfections with the trailer. Nobody was taking our concerns seriously. Jon Ott shows up, rudely interrupts the whole process and tells them that he forgot to tell them to wash and prepare the trailer. He claims it’s his fault. I him about a conversation we had 2 days prior about him selling us a package worth 4k to keep trailer high and tight and looking good. He ignored me and stated “I’m sorry”. Instead of running for the hills we still continue to work with him. Now after 2 hours of freezing and carrying on we are in his office. Everyone at this point is promising the trailer will be perfect. My wife and I mention the demerits and concerns with the trailer, prior to signing for a 25k dollar trailer. Jon looses his cool, and becomes extremely irritated with my wife and I because we won’t sign for a camper that looks like it’s been through hell. Tells us to go to Camping world if we want and tosses the paperwork to his right, causing a little scene in his office. We questioned signing paperwork until we were satisfied with the camper’s condition for the second time.. That’s when he lost our business. He tossed the paperwork aside again and dismissed us. Never apologized about it or anything. No more Pete’s RV for us until I can have a conversation with Pete. Remember People there are hundreds of Dealers around here. They work for you. Don’t let anyone bully you into feeling bad for walking away with your money.
