4 star sales, 1 star service department. During the sales process, communication was good, sales team was fine without being pushy. Where things went downhill fast was when we needed warranty issues fixed. Zero communication from the service department. Voicemails left unanswered, having to hound them for any sort of update. Even when I called ahead to let them know I’d be picking up our RV at a specific time, I had to wait over an HOUR each time for them to bring it out. Cherry on top was when they had to replace part of our sofa and decided to replace it with a different model (original couch didn’t have cup holders on the arm) so now we have a mis-matched sofa. We are out of state traveling full-time so unfortunately have zero way to resolve it. My suggestion is to find a dealer with better service communication…if that exists.

Sale is Great — Service Needs Improvement My husband and I recently purchased a travel trailer from this dealership. We worked with Shannon as our sales representative, and she was truly one of the best we’ve encountered at any camper dealership. She’s attentive, personable, and genuinely cares about her clients. Unfortunately, the same level of care hasn’t been reflected in the service department. We’ve had to bring our camper back twice in the three months we’ve owned it. Each time, Shannon scheduled our service appointments, yet when we arrived, it felt like the service team was too busy or unprepared to actually take a look at our camper. The first visit took four days just to diagnose the issue and begin the warranty paperwork. This most recent time, it has taken a full week simply to winterize the camper — a job that, in our experience, should take about an hour. If you buy here and have to get any service done be prepared to check in daily to make sure they are working on it. Other than that we highly recommend Shannon!

We stopped in to check out the inventory, and wound up leaving with a beautiful family camper! The staff was incredibly friendly, easy to work with and talk to, and no one was pushy - infact, between Brian and Rafik, I don't think we could have been in better hands! We got to look at every camper we wanted, and got to look at other campers based on Brian's recommendations; campers we wouldn't wouldn't have even thought to consider without his help. Seriously, for kind of walking in on a whim, I can't imagine a better experience. Thank you for everything! Update: huge shout-out to the service department. I called with such a silly question and not only did they still take me seriously, but they worked through a very basic issue with me until it was resolved. These guys didn't hesitate to help make sure everything was still going perfectly. You just couldn't ask for better - even months after the purchase/sale was completed.

Today was the day! I walked in and was greeted by their customer service rep, and within a minute or two I was shaking hands with my Sales Rep Jean. He was very thorough, and down to earth. No BS and knew the right questions to ask me about my specific situation and needs. After touring around their extensive grounds in a golf cart, and seeing a few different models, we finally came upon the Shadow Cruiser that I bought not more than a few hours ago. :0) I then sat in with their Business Manager McKayla and went over roadside assistance and other coverage packages. She explained everything to me and was also very down to earth and treated me like a person, not a 'customer' as it were. I am excited to see where my path will lead me now that I am fully equipped to live a mobile lifestyle. I highly recommend Campers Inn in Raynham if you live in the South Shore and are ready to bring your camping experience to the next level, or maybe like me, you are making a major transition to a mobile lifestyle, you will be treated like a person, and they get you a deal wherever they can.

We had an incredible experience at Campers Inn in Raynham, MA! We had driven by the location many times but never stopped in until now—and we're so glad we did. Our salesperson, Shannon, along with Ryan in Service, Rafik, Megan, Nicole, Ray, Ron, and "Super Rob," made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to remember so many names, but they treated us like family, which is why each of them stood out. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable—by the end, it truly felt like we had gained new friends!
